This past weekend I planned a trip to Durban I booked on booking. Com and the establishment that I booked was bona manzi number 8 I paid in full R1377 early Friday morning and the booking was confirmed when I arrived in Durban on Friday afternoon I contacted the host to get the keys then the host tells me the following sorry, the property is suppose to be closed for any reservations. Please request a cancellation from booking.com.I had a bugetnto work with and suddenly had to find a alternative accommodation I was left with no means of getting my money back or assistance for another place then Im told I must wait for 7 to 12 days for my money how is that my problem if there is a lack of communication or updates between the host and booking.com I want my money or else I will involve the consumer protection act and take legal steps since I was left stranded because of this company and host.
I did a application for credit last week I was told I could by for 60 000 I selected the items I wanted next thing you know Im told about they are waiting for OTB like how should I know what the hell that is until now no feedback Today I decided to contact the customer care line where by they said they CANT assist me by doing a follow up I should call the branch myself WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT to be told call them yourself no sense of customer service.
I APP**** FOR MY TWO POT SAVINGS ITS BEEN 25 DAYS SINCE I HAVE APP**** STILL NO FEEDBACK ON HOW FAR MY CLAIM IS WHEN YOU CALL YOU ARE PLACED ON HOLD WITH NO ANSWER WHEN YOU SEND E MAILS THERE IS NO REPLY SO WHATS THE USE OF OFFER8NG A SERVICE BUT YOU DONT DO ANYTHING TO ASSIST
Good day I paid up my account last year 2nd of June 2022 and closed the account I also received my paid up letter from Edgars but the account is still reflecting on my credit report almost a year later.When are you planning on removing it!!!!!!!
Today is day 6 since my fnb banking card was taken by one of your atms when I cancelled the card they said it would take three to five working days for my new card and yet nothing I havent even heard from the courier company for delivery but when I check my statements the R120 for a new card is already taken how is this fair I must struggle to access money I feel like canceling this account !!!!!!!
Bought a salad from romans selcourt towers it was disgusting the leaves was all sogy I couldnt even eat it you will never see me again as if the salad was frozen
I bought a polaroid PA70 watch in december two weeks ago the back cover went faulty we took the watch to makro where we bought it friday I fetched the watch now the screen is loose how does this work really no value for money I will NEVER recommend Polaroid to any one what should I do now since you cant even put the watch back to gethet properly?????
I moved from ABSA to FNB on monday I received an e mail to switch my debit oders to my new account I have been calling and sending e mails since I do not want to switch them they must stay with my absa account and NOT move to my FNB account but seems like I made A MISTAKE moving to FNB hoping for better service since nobody wants to help me at all....SOOOOO. I have a very concerning issue I opened a new absa saving account , account number 9360163282 an amount of R3204.68 was duducted from my account without my knowledge or concent if this matter is not resolved today I will be going to the small claims court and the consumer protection act.
