Attention Absa, as from today onwards I am cancelling my account and moving my Salary, why did you debit my account without my authirization ? to cut a long story short. The R1900 you took from my account was the last deduction. I am moving my account with immediately; JOURNAL DEBIT RCCS BOS J 3056229287 -R 1,907.69 I will also log a formal complaint with the National Financial Ombud Scheme (NFOSA) if I dont get my money back and all social medias

Pathetic service
I have never experienced such bad service from a service provider. I was with this company for over 5 months with my Vumatel fibre, I then move location and I was offered an Ototel fibre thought Home Connect, Octotel technicians installed the iterm immediately when I move to the new premises, now Home Connect is telling me they are waiting for Octotel to activate or cancel the previous tenant account. I have been waiting for 19 days now with no proper feedback.

****** at Work / Emotional and Mental Bullying at Work / Unfair Labour Practice
I was arrested on the 16th of August 2023 between 9:30am and 10:00am after coming out of a meeting. I was arrested by 6 detectives and a few Shoprite detectives. When I ask why they are arresting me and what are the charges I was told they are arresting for purchasing electricity with the customers vouchers, one of the SGT explain my rights to me and issued me with search warrant to search the car I was driving and the house I stay at. I was also told while at work not to touch anything ( my phone / cell phone and work laptop / because they are taking everything as evidence, and I must not talk to anyone ). I was shocked, I did not believe my eyes and what was happening to me but I knew that my Lord was with me. When I asked who opened a case against me, I was told it is the compliance officer, the woman I work with and she has also instructed the detectives to search my car which was not listed on the search warrant. While I was still in shocked getting arrested In-front of everyone (my colleagues ) and other Shoprite Employees by 6 detective like I am a fugitive, I was interrogated in front of my colleagues by some of the detective, at my work station and asked me why do I have Xtra Savings Cards at my desk and why do I have people CV at my desk and why do I have ID copies at my desk, they took pictures of my work station / Xtra Savings Cards / CV,s / my diary / workbook, some of the detectives interrogated me like I was a *****. This has broken me into 1000 pieces, and this has showed me that the person who got me arrested like a fugitive had a personal agender with me that shows hatred/ ****** and wanted to make sure she humiliates me in front of everyone, make me look foolish, ridiculous, or absurd that made me less worthy of respect by my peers.`` My dignity and reputation have been damaged after working for almost 5 years for Shoprite, not signing even 1 warning form, never being absent, always working 24/7 Monday to Sunday even on public holidays when she is with her family. My car was parked outside Checkers parking bay, the detectives went and searched my car. Everyone at checkers was wondering what’s happening ( Keep this in mind this was not listed on the search warrant). When done searching my car the detectives took all my bank cards / ID / my child cell phone. One detective asked me how I can afford such a car ( Chery Tiggo ). I told him it is finance . When we were done searching my car we then drove to my home address, my wife was still sleeping and my mother-in-law who suffered a stroke and heart attack in 2022 December because she lost her daughter in October 2022 and her Grandchild on the 25th of December 2022. My wife then opened the door, they told her not to touch anything, they are here to search the house and she must ask me what’s happening. I told my wife I don’t know what’s happening, but I was told that I was arrested for *****. The detectives went through the house and searched under the beds / drawers / sitting room, my wife's underwear was thrown out of the drawers with no respect. One of the detectives asked my wife if this is your boyfriend. She rep**** no, we have been married for 17 years; the detective's answer was how can we afford a big TV? They then took the slips we bought the TV with that shows a layby of 4 months. The house search took about an hour, going through my papers / my car I sold at we buy cars / going through all documents, all the rooms and kitchen searching. When the detectives were done searching my place upside down they took me to the police station and locked me up. I went to court and was released with bail. On the 16th of August 2023 when I was arrested, I was instructed by the ( Shoprite Investigating Department ) that as soon as I have been released from prison, I must report to my line manager, and I will not be paid for the days I was detained at the police station. Shoprite will not pay me a cent, but they got me arrested and shamed me In-front of my colleagues and friends, my dignity / reputation as a good person was destroyed by the white ******, bully lady who got me arrested. I then reported to Erik on the 21st of August 2023 via email that I was released by bail. On the 22nd of August 2023 Mr Erik sent me a notice of Suspension that stated my suspension will be effective from the 22/03/2023 and I must report to the loss and prevention division on the 28/03/2023. On the 28th of August 2023, I then went to see the Shoprite detective. He invited me into their boardroom, he was accompanied by another gentleman. They offered me tea or water I told him I am ok, they then started to interrogate me and asked me who else is working with me, I was still lost and confused by his question then they showed me slips and statements of people I don’t even know and asked me do I know this people I told them I don’t know any of those people, I was then showed a video and they asked me to confess who is in the video I asked them the same question who are they seeing in the video and what is that person doing in the video, they response was it you buying a gift card, while I was still trying to recover from the shock of my arrest on the 16th of August 2023 in front of all my colleagues and friends by the detectives and sleeping at the police cells and thinking of losing my kids, my life, my future and what happening. I was under deep depression and anxiety at that moment but the other gentleman who was with the leading Shoprite detective did not care less and told me I was lying. What made the matter worse, I have sent everyone my GP/ DR letter that showed that I was booked off by my GP /DR for depression and anxiety and I am taking medication for six (6 ) months to help me. The Shoprite detective then called the ****** / bully women who got me arrested and humiliated me in front of everyone to join the meeting and her first question to me was are you part of a syndicate or do you work with the syndicates that is de*****ing SASSA customers, opening Shoprite Bank Accounts for the R350 (SASSA: SRD,s) to be paid in. I told her NO I am not, and I was not, she then asked me again are you sure, I told her that I am not part of any syndicate, I don’t work with any syndicate, she then told the detective she is done because I knew from that moment that she has labeled me as a syndicate and it all came back to me that the reason why they searched my, 1. Car 2. House 2. Took my 2 cell phones and laptops The ****** / bully lady who got me arrested and destroyed my future / dignity / killed me mentally told me I am working with a syndicate and the reason why they went to my house to search was that they were looking for evidence. I was then told by the leading Shoprite detective that we were done with the meeting; I was then issued with a notice to attend a disciplinary hearing on the 28th of August 2023 to attend hearing on the 31st of August 2023 at 9:00am. 1. Charges on the Notice to Attend a Disciplinary Hearing was, • Gross dishonesty in that between 2022/08/28 and 2023/08/15 that I had manipulated Shoprite MMA Voucher Accounts and allocated these vouchers to myself. This resulted in significant financial losses to the company. The chairperson asked me how I plead to the charges : My answer was NOT Guilty, and my reason was : The charge is incorrect, I then explained to the chairman that I did not allocate any vouchers to myself, they have checked my account, and nothing was allocated to myself (to my cell number ). Mr Pieter De Villiers the complainant then told the chairperson that is irrelevant. The fact is I manipulated the Shoprite system, I then responded to the chairman that I did not because I did not allocate any vouchers to myself. During the process of the hearing, that's when I noticed that the complainant ( Shoprite ) was not asking me direct questions, however he was asking me questions that are leading me to his answers that he wants. The-chairperson let him continue asking me leading questions, not direct questions until I raised it with the chairman. ( The complainant (Shoprite )went on again and asked his witness the ****** / bully woman who got me arrested (a leading question ) if she will take me back if I was given another chance to work for Shoprite, the woman rep**** immediately without blinking an eye NO she will not take me back replying to the complainant (Shoprite) and the chairman but she was there to-support her statement as a witness not to determine the outcome of the my hearing.I strongly believe that the chairperson took his decision based on that ****** woman answer ( the witness) and Mr Pieter De Villiers ( Complainant ) leading-question directed to me. I strongly believe the chairperson who was cheering-the hearing was biased during the process of the hearing and he had my file prior to the hearing.Which was very inappropriate because by my knowledge and-understanding a witness cannot determine the outcome of a hearing and a witness-cannot be asked by the complainant (Shoprite ) if they can take an employee back if they're given an opportunity. The main purposes of the witness (the ****** bully women ) was to give oral evidence as part of the allegation brought forward against me,also, the witness is the one who told myself and my former-colleague everyday of our life since she started in the department in 2022 that she will get us fired, sentence to jail and debarred us at the FSCA for all the agents / stores / call center mistakes we work on.My former colleague was placed under depression and anxiety treatment from January 2023.My former colleague saw me drowning in February 2023 and referred me to her Dr/GP. I was also placed under depression and anxiety medication from February 2023 until to date in fact my whole family is under depression and anxiety medication because of this woman. When my former colleague and I were still working together, we would hear how this ****** / bully woman is telling everyone how useless we are, how useless the call center I came from are useless and *********** including their supervisors and manager and their call center trainer. The chairperson did not even asked the following, during the hearing on the 31st of August 2023,• Any mitigating factors, or do I have anyone depending on me financially. which I think is very crucial in a hearing process to lessen any outcome of a hearing.• The Chairman asked me do I have any evidence to support my case, I then advised the chairman how is it fair me when they have taken my,The chairman did not even ask for my previous disciplinary records and did not even take into consideration the years I worked for Shoprite without signing any warning. The chairman did not have mercy at all, he was told to dismiss me with immediate effect. The chairman was used like a tennis ball and he fell for it. I was dismissed on the 5th of September 2023 with Salary paid up to the 5th of September 2023. My salary was deducted. I didn't even get a cent from my salary.My 18 days leave was paid on the 27th of October 2023 (Deducted R7000 SARS), when I asked why was my leave days not paid on the last day of September 2023 with my 5 days salary, I was told that the leave days was not captured, I then asked them because of Shoprite mistake not paying everything in September I lost R7000 to SARS.I have logged a formal complaint at the labour department for unfair labour practice. I have also logged a complaint at the CCMA because I have prove that in 2022 one of my white colleagues paid over R50 000 to someone, they have never investigator him, they never arrested him, he was not suspended, the only thing the ****** / bully compliance lady sad was "Shame he was ****med" because he is white. I also have proof that there are people who were working with me in the same department who have been using / buying with Shoprite vouchers for over 5 years and they are still working at Shoprite because they are white. Shoprite MMA has,1. Destroyed my life, I cannot find a job for my family because of them.2. Erik has sent an email attached only my dismissal to alexforbes behind my back to block my pension fund without my knowledge.3. Shoprite HR has sent me and the UIF 2 (Two) incorrect letters that show 2 (Two) different deductions for October 2023 leave payment, my UIF funds have been blocked now until further investigation.4. Erik and his compliance officer have done so many wrong things but because they are white they get away with everything. 5. I was debarred wrongfully at the FSCA by that ******/ bully compliance woman.6. After my dismissal on the 5th of September 2023, the Shoprite detective requested to meet with me on the 13th of September 2023, we went to a place called Hazendal Restaurant, his first question was did I go to the CCMA to open a case ? I was very surprised and shocked but I told no I did not go to the CCMA yet, during our meeting he then told me that they thought I was part of a syndicate that takes SASSA money and that opens **** Shoprite Bank Accounts, he further told me that syndicates uses people like me who works in the call center to get what they want. That,s was very personal, the ******/ bully compliance women who got me arrested have really gone far and have an issue with black people. I told the detective the damage has already been done, my dignity has been destroyed, my life has been destroyed, my family is going through hell because of what happened. I even offered to help him to investigate the real syndicates who are taking the poor SRD, he promised to get back to me but he never even bothered. With God's grace and people who love me and know my heart. I received proof of all their wrong doings from how over 300 000 thousand SRD customers were blocked because they were suspected as syndicates. All these customers' accounts were blocked without any formal communication sent to the customers because they are all black and quoted " as per the ******/ bully lady who got me arrested " almost all SRD customers look like ********s.No procedure was followed when blocking the 300 000 SRD accounts, we have black families who are suffering because of these *********** ****** / bully women. Black people will always suffer in this country and we will never have peace.This is just 50% of my story, the rest will be in the media/ Ombudsman for banking / CEO,s and all social media platforms, I am tired of being bul****, I am tired of being When I asked them to meet and talk their attorney sent me a letter that I am harassing the witness because she is white. When we do things, we must make sure that we are fair and don't be bias, I have asked my employer a million times for us to meet and talk, even at the CCMA on the 3rd of November 2023 I cried tears in front of their HR representative and asked her what did I do to deserve this. Before my dismissal, my employer arranged 6 detectives to arrest me in front of my colleagues and friends, I was humiliated, my dignity was destroyed, and I slept in a prison cell for two days because of one white lady who told them I am a syndicate. After my dismissal which was the 5th of September 2023, my employer detective asked to meet with me, I agreed because I was knew deep in my heart, I am not a syndicate, during our meeting the employer detective told me that they thought I am working with a syndicate that de*****s the employer and syndicates uses people like me in the call canters to get what they want. I have suffered emotional / mental bullying, ****** and ************** while working for the employer, the lady who got me arrested and told the detective I am a syndicate is very ****** and has caused great damage to me and my family. I am under anxiety and stress medication because of her. My employer has caused so much damage to my life I can't even explain it but I always pray that my heart finds peace and forgiveness. I have 4 kids to support, my wife is taking chronic medication, my mother in-law suffered a heart attack and stroke, I have begged my employer for mercy but because I am black, I don't qualify for mercy. My employer never approached me to sit down and find a civil way to settle this matter, I have worked for almost 5 years for the employer, I was never absent, never signed a warning, I was working Monday to Sunday, and this is what I get. Pathetic Service
I bought a 2023 Chery Tiggo Pro4 @ Group1 Nissan Stellenbosch through Flexi Drive . I paid a deposit of R 60 000 on the 4th of April 2023. The sales person of Group1 Nissan Stellenbosch advised me that my 1st installment will be end of May 2023 when I collect the vehicle on the 8th of April 2023. Upon collection of the vehicle when I arrived at Group1 Nissan Stellenbosch : BOOM my first installment on the contract is showing the 27th of April 2023, when busy going through the recorded contract I advised the gentlemen (FNI) that the sales person by the name of Jaque advised me that my 1st installment will be end of May 2023 not 27th April 2023, then I was advised that Group1 Nissan Stellenbosch will ask Flexi Drive Rentals to change it and get back to me. After 5 days of doing follow up with Vehicle Rentals one of their agents told me that I must pay my installment on the 27th of April 2023 or they will reposes (take back ) the car on the 7th of May after I have paid R60 000. I then paid my installment on the in April for May 2023. Since I have collected the vehicle on the 8th of April 2023 with not lisence disc and number plate until today the 24th of May 2023. I am driving the car without a lisence disc and registration for almost two (2) months now. No one came back to me with my additional installment I paid in April 2023. I did not receive any lisence disc and vehicle registration number This is really pathetic
