I am writing this just to say that this business Luminara Pure stinks and are really not up to standard. I have placed an order and it was confirmed on the 25 October 2025. The order was paid fully. My order arrived in South-Africa on the 13 November 2025 You said in an email it will take some time to get cleared at customs, but now on the 28 December 2025 I did not received my order. I paid "Priority Processing & Shipping Protection – Get It Faster & Safer!" and this is not faster nor safe what a joke, it seems to me that this is a BIG ****.
I have come upon this Daimond Profit where AI is doing you trading. I Deposited R1 200 to trade...then I was called to guide me and tell me what and how it is done. I was satisfied....the person helping me was friendly and helpfull...BUT...later I was asked to deposit more money...I did and in total I deposited R5 200. The trading was good and after a week I was told that I will be shown how to withdraw my profit...BUT here the problem started....they were trying to force me to deposit more money so I can make more money...I refused and this is where they start to be rude....they know what they are doing and I have to deposit more...the more I try to explain why the more they wanted me to either close my account....I was really satisfided by the profit....but I was never showed how to withdraw....my question now is...Why??? or are the *****s that are trying to get hold of my money?
VODACOM does not care about customers....they just want to boost their profits. I complained about my account...They phoned me and promise they will fix it....after monthes nothing was done. I was phoned again with upgrades and cheaper packages....but to mu suprise my account went up AGAIN....I wrote a review on Helo Peter and after that VODACOM phoned me...but I refused to speak to them because of empty promises.....IF VODACOM want to resolve this matter I need some one to come and speak to me in person...and it must happen in Afrikaans...sorry because I am not that fluant in englis.
Vodacom is 'n besigheid wat geen menslikheid in hulle het nie. Hoe meer geld hulle kan maak hoe beter. Dit is nou die hoeveelste keer wat hulle my vang met stories dat ek sal minder betaal, maar as ek my rekening kry is dit meer...ek sit nou met 7 vodacom nommers en ek gebruik dit nie regtig nie. Vir my word daar oor die foon vertel ek sal minder betaal en ek kry pensioen af**** en weet nie wat alles nie. Ek het begin met so R 1800 per maand toe is dit op na R2 050 toe en nou met al die nuwe beloftes is ek sommer op na R2 300 / R2 400...wat 'n siek spul. Ek stuur epos na complaints op 3 September 2025...kry epos terug waar daar vertel word ek sal binne 24 uur terugvoer kry..dit is nou al 2 weke later. Ek tree binnekort af en wil my ****rakte minder gemaak het maar nee hulle bly dit meer maak....SWAK!!
Swak diens online....tegniese probleme as ek wil upgrade....
Bad, I have been complaining for months now about upgrades I did not want. Vodacom did phone me and I was told it is sorted out, I will be refundedand my account will be adjusted accordingly....but now again after months nothing had happend
I am trying to open a Teen Account for my grandchild, 15 years, the bank want the original birth certificate, we do not have it but we do have a copy. FNB does not want to help us. The father and mother are divorced..and I do not know where the birth certificate is. I am very dissapointed in FNB. I am a client with FNB for 22 years. In Koster the people know me and at the branch they know who I am. I am no ******** who will commit any *****. So I realize thet that is the rulres an regulations, BUT realy I think some where the can be an ecepptance on the rules. I did try online application, but there was also a problem and FNB would have contacted me, after 4 weeks no one called me. Poor service
I have reported VOCACOM here on Hello Peter. I was contacted and VODACOM said that my query was settled and that my account would be reduced and I will be compesated for the months my account was to high. This mont my account was not rectifed and I had to pay the hifher increased amount. I was phoned for upgrades on some off my numbers. I told them I want to cancle some off my numbers because I am close to retiring. Then they told me they will help me to make the upgrade cost less to help me. But now after a few months I relized that my account is higher than normal. So VODACOM is not willing to help clients.
I placed an order on 4 August 2024, few weeks later no responds. I comment on Hello Peter...next morning Vodacom contacted me...I explained the problem, they said may be it was because of no stock, but an agent will contact me. It is now about week later and Vodacom has not conmtacted me....Vodacom you sucks...if their is no stock why does Vodacom not conmtact me and give me another option
