We live in loadshedding times and i decided to order Pies from King pie via Mr Delivery . The pies arrived Ice cold. I now have to wait for 3 hours before i can actually eat .defeats the wole purpose if you ask me 😡😡😡
I am so so annoyed at this point...i paid web Africa to install Fibre on the 22nd of December... Since that day I have received no communication and I keep calling and chatting with them and they always escalate the matter... It is now more than a month later.. I have accepted that I've been scammed by those ****ers and now my biggest problem is that I need to cancel their order on order to sign up with another ISP...I'm struggling to even get that done with the incompetent service they provide...what other way can I use to resolve this matter?
I am extremely unhappy about the service I am receiving... My internet connection was extremely slow last week but I could actually get some stuff done until Friday when it didn't work completely... I called support and they tried to to troubleshoot but nothing worked. The lady said she will escalate the matter...i called again Saturday morning only to find out the matter was not escalated the day before after speaking to the supervisor.it was escalated again and I was asked to wait 48 hours... As I am typing this, my internet still doesn't work...i got an sms this morning saying that the matter is escalated but still no communication has been received... I have a huge family and I work online... I've had to buy data For R150 every day for the past 5 days... This is really really upsetting.. I really don't know what to do at this point.
After shopping at Hemingways mall today, I Had the most traumatic experience of my life as I was leaving. I requested a bolt driver to transport me home and 5-10 people Surrounded the vehicle and forced me out. I was then forced to go to one of the local taxis of which I refused. How do we now continue doing our shopping at the mall if this is going to happen.. Apparently I'm not the first. Worst day of my life :(
I am super upset with Mall of Africa Pizza hut... I ordered two pizza's and they got my orders completely wrong... None of the phone numbers on the internet are working... Getting the wrong food is very upsetting but not being able to call the restaurant and complain about this issue is something else... If this is the service they give people I will never order from them again... I ordered through Uber eats...
I Ordered two lamb burgers at this place via Mr Delivery.firstly I got the wrong order and secondly the burger smelt horrible and it was stale. I sent a message on fb and got a response saying " we will investigate". its a day later and still nothing. Such a waste of money
