On the 19 April 2026 we had flown with flysafair from capetown to Johannesburg at 5:45am firstly I was 2hrs early for my flight as suggested by airline I waited in line for the attending to get themselves ready which took about another hour or so once I get to the front the lady says they can not find me on the flight and I needed to go to the service desk yet I had an email the day before saying that my flight was still on schedule for the day when I get to the service desk the lady then states that my flight was canceled on the 14 of April 2026 and I should have gotten an email with a voucher for my flight I had shown her no email was sent obviously as I would not have been standing at the airport at that part of the morning in the first place secondly at the time of the supposed cancellation I was stuck on an msc with no WiFi to have canceled it myself she said it could possibly have been a system glitch and there was nothing she could do about it as I was standing there then only did she send an email with the cancelled flight and voucher code she said to me even though the exact same flight was still available she could not give it to us at the original price paid because of the petrol increase there was nothing she could do with confidence she then said if you can find any cheaper airline you welcome to book with them and we will apply the voucher code I then said but if this is a glitch on your end why should I pay a difference surely someone could do something unfortunately we were going no where with this argument and I needed to get back home urgently so we then had to pay R1800 close to R2000 difference just to get onto the flight she said to email safair directly to dispute this matter which I did immediately once I was home today is the 12 May 2026 I have still gotten no response from safair what’s so ever and their direct line no one answers it this is absolutely unacceptable as a frequent flyer with safair to experience this service was horrific especially travelling to somewhere far and what if I didn’t have that cash to get back home I’m extremely appalled by this especially with zero feedback
They give bonuses to people first you have to make a deposit then u get the bonus when your funds are finished and you play the bonus even if you win in it the bonus disappears with your winnings so it’s a ****
I sent my daughter to stay as it was her wedding day the shuttles picked get up 40 mins late for every appointment they were late for breakfast as well and after talking to reception and explaining them it’s a newly married couple that are going for a morning massage and will want breakfast when they done they couldn’t do that either the receptionist was quite rude to them at the mangwanani and the lodge reception as well Sadly disappointed for the price we pay all my guests that I booked at town lodge had a better reception and were treated better then the newly weds
I ordered a vodacom fibre to be installed at my new flat it’s been two weeks the consultants at vodacom customer care keep saying they have logged my complaints but each time I call no one knows what the hell im talking about I have been waiting two weeks for my router to be installed really wth
I had a bad experience with the lady that owns bakelab She does pop ups all her baking cakes and deserts are from the freezer frozen for months and then taken to pop ups to sell to people that think they are getting freshly baked this women sells passed sell by date goods that’s supposed to be fresh
Mediation labour law are scammers pkease people be aware they did a case for us once the. I ey got paid we haven’t heard from them no answer to our calls or emails
We gave a dispute to mediation labour law to handle for us when documents where needed they were contacting us every minute now that the money is paid they seem to have disappeared we cannot get a hold of them
My query was not resolved a consulted called and merely said your contract was not terminated because of Covid and no other reason But when he was sick at work the manager asked him to go home and send in his Covid report and to come back when he was beter yet on the day he sent in his Covid report the very same day vodacom sent him a letter of termination
My son was working for vodacom ballito he contacted the virus while at work he was sick with a temperature of 40 degrees snd having convulsions his boss Junaid Vadim still sent him for training at training the guy in charge called his boss to ask him why he sent him when he is so sick and he sent him home he did the Covid test and tested positive and emailed his boss his Covid results his boss in turn terminated his contract immediately
My son lives in Durban he called the dealership for a car that was advertised the salesman convinced him there was nothing wringer with the car that only a pipe was missing and it would be perfect he rushed him into paying a deposit saying there was another buyer there yet rushed him to make instant payment When I went to the dealership to see the car the car was practically rotten held together with cable ties we asked the owner to refund our money the owner is refusing to give the money iR30000 he wants to retain R2000 for the lies that his salesman spoke in the sale first the owner said he was retaining R5000 he said it was his company policy when I asked for the policy they refused to give it to me please everybody watch out for cars@carnival don’t be taken for a literal ride easy money from young unsuspecting buyers that no nothing about the sharks in the car industry
