Bad customer service
I activated my account on the 26/01/26 at Metro fibre,it is still not installed and the was no resolution on it, I have been trying to contact them recently.They changes their tactics, by saying they will send someone, and now they say there is cable failure in my area of which was affected last week and is unresolved hence my neighbors says is working fine for them so who is the ****. This a complaint in one of their client in Kwathema 700 scheme

Bad service
Half of the Mabotja street Kwathema houses had no electricity and we reported it since yesterday at 11:00am and now its 12:30 on the 17/06/2026 , they came and check and identify the issue but they are not yet arrived and we are waiting for them incase they want someone to dig. We are willing to do it for free as long we get the power back.

Voting issue
I went to vote station today and I didn't vote because I am not registered there, they didn't even bother themselves to scan my ID. They just told me I should go where I registered. The thing is it didn't just happened to me most people didn't vote because of that issue. Before I never heard that I should prepare to vote to the place where am registered, even if is for one day vote, how long a person who works In Gauteng but registered in another province have to prepare him/herself to vote. I just felt now they are taking away my rights to vote. This is a delusion and I don't know for those who are at work at moment how will they manage to go to their registered area to vote.

Bad Electricity in Winnie Mandela Zone1 and View
I am experiencing a bad electrical service in Winnie Mandela Zone1 and View, I mean I buy electricity to do the household duties but this is ***a I received when power went of yesterday at 12:30 pm and not yet fixed and it happen frequency. Municipal of Tembisa they don't care about us anymore and they treat us like garbage. Most of us rely on this electricity to cook food etc. why it has to take morethan 24hours to fixe the issue while I spent less than a minute to by get token to top up my electricity 🤬🤬😡😡

In Kwathema electricity power cut
On Wednesday we had no electricity for the whole day and yesterday we had experience experience a power cut more than expected on the load shedding schedule, today we have no electricity since 00.00 am until now of which the schedule for today is 00.00am to 02.30am and 16.00 to 18.30. This is a worse nightmare we are currently experiencing Here in Kwathema

Great service
It is one of the best bank service I ever used, I mean during strictly lock down I never struggle to make a withdrawal ATM machine was always around the corner I don't need to travel a lot. I really appreciate their good work on me please keep it that way. Thank you 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾☝🏽🔥🔥🔥

Electricity matter
We had an issue for electricity since Monday in Kwathema Mabotja street, probably ten houses without electricity. We had been trying to do follow up calls to come and fix this matter. They would come and fix it but won't last a day will went of again. Since yesterday we had no electricity till now. Imaging the whole street have the electricity running but about probably ten houses without electricity they failed to fix it. I do vote why when we need their help from them it is so hard to help us.

I came here at 7:30am but now time is 11:00am and still on que, I don't know whether is a shortage of staff or they have a lot work to do. Remember it is still a lockdown, should not been treated like this. From Springs

Lockdown
I was wearing a Bandana to cover my mouth and nose whilst others were wearing scurf and head rap to cover their mouth and nose, we were not allowed to enter the store at Shoprite Mthembu village in kwathema. security authorized by management only who wearing surgical mask will enter the store to buy of which others, they want to were something can wash everyday not to throw after wearing it you know we are facing a lot of financial crisis. at the door the note says" as per Government regulations during lockdown, we have to enforce the wearing of a cloth face mask or other covering for the mouth and nose"
