I had a few apiontments wirh Dr Govender and she knows me very well. She did an extraxtion on my one tooth and knows exactly how deep the wound in my mounth is. It has been a week and a half since extraction eas done. I am currently at Belz Bela and cound not see her. I phoned her practice and asked for a script. She rep**** she cannot give me a script as she does not know the condition of the wound. Common you did the extraction and you know exactly what to prescribe. It is a case of come and see me i want more money no money i wont help you. Bad practice will not recommend her at all.
I have had a very bad experience with Century 21 boksburg branch. The owner is Savas Nicolaides and the employee is Rochelle Eckert. I am renting a property with them and the Rates and taxes was not paid by them. Because it was not paid my prepaid meter was blocked and we could not load electricity. After numerous e mails and whattup to the letting agent Rochelle and asking for help we were totally ignored and this went on for 6 weeks we had no power and i had to make arrangements so that we could at least have power. We had large amount of food rotten and big loss of income. This is totalky unexeptable and must be taken to the highest authority. Poor ppor service and no caring attetude from Century 21. I would not recommend anybody to use them.
I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the lack of assistance and poor service I have experienced regarding my vehicle finance accounts with your bank. I currently have three vehicles financed through Absa Bank. Two of these accounts are current and fully paid up to date with installments. However, I am two months behind on the installment payments for the third vehicle due to unforeseen financial difficulties. Despite this, I am committed to making regular payments and am working hard to get back on track. Unfortunately, the consultants I have spoken to have been unhelpful in making any arrangements to assist me in catching up on the arrears. Each interaction has left me feeling more stressed and unsupported, as they have not offered any viable solutions or flexibility in handling this matter. I am posting this complaint in the hope that it will reach Absa Bank's management and prompt a more constructive and empathetic response. I am seeking assistance in developing a reasonable and manageable payment plan that will allow me to catch up on the overdue payments without causing undue financial strain. As a loyal customer who has maintained two other vehicle finance accounts in good standing, I believe that a more supportive and understanding approach is warranted. I look forward to hearing from someone in management who can help resolve this issue in a fair and timely manner. Thank you for your attention to this matter
I have bought a GTS - 888 pet dog hair clipper from takelot. I did not cut my dogs hair at all and it was getting extrmely hot within a minute of cutting the dogs hair. This make and model is a piece of junk and useless for the price you pay.
I have purchached a dog hair clipper at takelot. The clipoer was R1800.00. We have tried to cut our 2 dogs hair with the clipper only to find it is not clipping their hair at all. Tha clipper were useless I immidiately returned the clipper and asked for a refund. An e mail was send back to me frim Abigail V to say the return has been rejected. There was a defect on this clipper and would not have returned it for no reason. Thus is unexecptable and unfair from takelot. I have bought many items from them before and to give me this kind of service is bad.
Goid day i would like the absa vehicle finance department me so that i can make arrangements regarding my vehicle finance accounts please. Ihave been a loyal absa customer for the last 3 years. I have lost my employment the end of July and tried to honor my payments for October. Iwould like to make the nessesary arragements for the installment of October to be factored into the rest of my vehicle finance installment terms if possible. I was not able to find employment yet but are applying daily for work. I cannot afford for my vehicles to be repossed as i will not able to commit to interviews for future possible employment. This is my only mode of transport available for me.If absa vehicle finance could work with me to find a possible solution i do not intend to not make monthly payments. I have every intention of honoring my commitment.
I phoned dstv on 11/82023 to resove sn account that i was charged for services not used and was promised by supervisor her nsme is Erin this will be resolved in 24 hours. Nothing happened i phoned 14/8/2023 with same enquiry with Erin again and she the promised to send me confirmation on e mail to say it will be resoved in next 25 hours again. Nothing happend no e mail was sent between yhose to calls i have used about 80 minutes of my airtime. Pathetic service from Erin as a supervisor for dstv. Still my enquiry has not been resolved. Dstv customer service is pathetic.
Bougt a poleroid pa89 smar****ch battery only last one day and could mot load the app it only works for andriod 12. Eanyed to teturn the watchto biy a watvh compatible with my phone. The watvh eas brsnd new they did not eant to teturn the watch and was very rude. For a nig retail company like Makro pne will think they have professional staff. I wil not buy from them again
I recently received a limit increase on my absa credit card and aplied online and was declined. When i phoned absa limit increase they said it was declined as affordability. I gave them proof that tgere is 2 accounts for vehicles that my sons are paying and does not come off my expenses.. After proof was e mailed i got no tesponse back from Tiffany Gould at that department after she said to me she will rectify it last week thursday 1/09/2022. Up to now no response. I have never slipped or paid a payment late and have enough money in my absa bank account. I will change my bank if this is how one gets treated at ABSA.
I want to thank Francois Visser the sales manager of Affordable cars in Kemptonpark for the friendly service he gave us. We bought an Audi A4 from him and had problems with the battery. He sorted the problem the next day and phoned me to hear if i was sattisfied. That is AWESOME Service. Thank you. I will recommend Affordable cars to anyone looking to buy a vehicle.
