After placing an order 6 days ago for a single textbook and paying a hefty shipping fee, there was no response to my enquiry email and a very rude, unhelpful reply on the phone. They could not confirm whether the textbook was in stock, nor when the delivery would actually take place. I have no faith that I will actually receive this book.
No response in respect of a request to cancel paid for ticket, no audit trail of my request to cancel as it all has to be logged on their website. No reply at all is just unacceptable. Just an email to explain the situation would be most appreciated regarding booking refZA10016643
Hi. Despite reporting the fault 3 times, Vox has failed to respond to my request to repair it. Reference number 17141262 AND 17172868. Vox appears better at generating reference numbers than attending to customer service issues.
Vox has the most awful process driven system, which results in a slow and totally inefficient customer service. I requested a technician/call out 5 days ago, and STILL NOTHING.
I ordered a nerf rival gun on 9 November. order number 5287. And have still not received it. I see the business is now closed until January, without any feedback as to the whereabouts of this birthday gift for my son, despite numerous attempts at phoning the company, they just made empty promises. The service levels are awful.
