Maternity Claim
This department is as useless as the whole government. I submitted my maternity claim on 1 August 2023 and up until today nothing. I have called since August and all they do is escalate. This government departments are just a disappointment but when you have to pay your money then they don’t want stories until it’s time for them to pay you. 20 day waiting has turns into 4 ****ing damn months

Worse service ever!!!!
This is the worse service that we ever got from this place!!!! Had our BMW repaired and it was not up to standard. Tried calling for the issue to be resolved with no help or solution whatsoever!!!! Terrible customer service as we tried to phone and contact for a whole week with no assistance!!

Furious!!!
I have been emailing and calling, wasting airtime with no answer from these people. I have applied and submitted my maternity documents a month ago and no feedback has been given. I received a ams saying 20days, yet it has been far longer. I am furious and fed up with these people seriously. The incompetence is just way to much. Just fo yours jobs and provide me feedback, I mean it can't be that difficult.

Disappointed shopper
Very disappointed with the service. I always go to shoprite at denlyn mall without any problems. Today, the cashier was so rude, ignoring me and being disrespectful. I'm a friendly person, especially with cashiers as I have been 1 before. I asked a simple question and was just disregarded, and I'm with my 2 month old and 2year old.
