No support from these couriers, totally hopeless en tracking/changing a delivery adress. Get options on wassap and no one ever gets back to you... Pay a bit extra and get better service ie. RAM or Courier guy.... Breaze delivery, the name is ironic.

On the 29th of June, I accompanied my girlfriend to the crazy store in Aurora. We browsed and selected a few arts and crafts goodies for the young ones at home. At the till, my girlfriend had to swipe four times, twice on ABSA card machine and twice on Nedbank machine, as none of the swipes 'went through'...yet, money was subtracted from her account. I ended up purchasing the goods, where we were told..."dont worry ma'am, the bank will reverse it tonight"...(four transactions, same amount....over R1000) Today is the 4th of July and no cancellation of purchase. She has spoken to the ladies (several phone calls) trying to speak to the "manager" but he can and will only communicate via e-mail. Not much of a manager if you ask me. Scared of women maybe?..who knows?... Don't shop there....terrible service, waste of money no after sales service....***** your money with faulty banking machines.
Had awonderful drive from George to Cape Town, as we allways do for long weekends to George. I dont know if its just me but, the flies in the restaurant aweful. Suppose it ensures table turnaround time.?.gets worse every year...😑 Food is still great...😐
Again,...no bs.....had a service on my Audi. Impressed with the service, expertice and communication. Nathan o' Connel and the boys do and organise parts and dont compramise on parts. Thanks guys!!.... My services from now on....will only be done by you guys...
I've heard a lot of bad experiences about outsurance. You know what?....ALL BULL****. I've had nothing but immediate responses and assistance from them. Empty promises are one thing.....Outsurance goes the extra mile for their customers. I have NEVER had such service from an insurance company....John Monoageng,.....you are a rock star....You are an asset to any business... Keep doing what you do.....EXCELLENCE is a small word, for the service you provide...
My experience with this company....5 big stars... No bs....no stories or excuses....from organising my towing, to organising the parts....to fixing the problem. Will see me again for my major service! Nathan and the rest of the team, well done on your excellent service and communication with insurance.... Keep up that service EXCELLENCE.
Used to be my favourite ocean basket now,.....no. Order was placed, only to have waiter come tell us, no stock, half an hour later. The aircon is broken in the back so, take your own fan and fresh air. The detached manager seems to blame headoffice for the aircon, broken in his shop and there not being any stock.
