Oneplan used to be fantastic - no issues, however things seemed to have changed drastically. When trying to reach an agent, you wait very long, only to talk to someone who does not seem interested in helping you whatsoever. I have probably tried 3 times now to submit a claim for refund, and every time I’m assured someone will get back to me. Yet here we are, almost a week later and still nothing. No communication. When resubmitting AGAIN, the agent had no clue about the previous log; which means it was never processed. It’s sad as they were one so on top of things and the customer support was off the charts and any claims / issue was resolved with communication and friendliness.
By far the best service and internet to have when you live in a rural area. Rian and Charles helped get me sorted, and they did a wonderful professional job! Thank you so much! Been using Opticom ISP for over two years now, and can honestly say I am super happy with them. I work from home and need uninterrupted, secure and reliable internet, and this is definitely the way to go. Thank you guys!! 🙌🏼🤩

Hi, Not sure if anyone else is having the same problems I am with Facebook's Meta Ads. I am constantly getting spam inbox messages from "support" regarding our ads, but it turns out they are *****ulent and only causes you to be hacked. I then realized Facebook Ads taking tremendous amounts of money from my account for adverts I did not run, and when I finally managed to get hold of someone at the support, they actually told me that I must pay the "outstanding amounts" which are amounts the hackers charged to my account, before they can assist me???? I have two way security on my account, I have pin numbers etc and this has still not been resolved. Has anyone else experienced this and did anyone else get to sort their's out? I am beyond furious at this point. It's absolutely ridiculous and at this stage I think Facebook is just one big global mess and not safe for you to have your business or any accounts linked to it.
Absolutely terrible service. For the past 3 days I have been tracking my parcel as it kept saying it’s out for delivery. The first day it said that, I waited all day and did not receive any phone calls or anyone trying to reach me, but received an email saying that they could not get hold of me. The second day was exactly the same - however I tried reaching out to Fastway couriers but received zero response - I mailed, I tried the chat and I tried phoning. Again I received an email saying they could not get hold of me. Then finally on day 3, after 5pm the afternoon I received a phone call from the driver being all flustered asking me for a location pin, which I sent him. Shortly after that he phoned me back informing me that he forgot my parcel at the depot and won’t be able to come and deliver it?! Then once again I received a notification that they could not get hold of me and I now have to go to the depot to go fetch my parcel?! I paid for this service and it’s truly shocking. Just an overall terrible experience with zero customer service.
At first my experience with Oneplan pet insurance was fantastic. They were on top of it. The funds can easily be loaded onto your Oneplan card and is available immediately, which is fantastic. However, then suddenly things changed with their customer support. I have been reaching out for more than two weeks now with zero response or help. I have loaded funds to my Oneplan card and need to upload the invoice, which I did. However, after numerous uploads over and over and over again, I have still not received any communication from them. I phoned them to try and get the claim sorted as I need to take my puppy back as he developed an infection, but once again, was " first in line" only to wait for 15 minutes on a call with no help, and eventually just hung up again. I don't know what happened, but the customer service really is shocking at the moment. I don't know if it's just with me, but it's absolutely shocking. After so many emails, WhatsApp's, webchats and phone calls trying to get someone to assist with no answer whatsoever, I'm actually contemplating whether this is a good insurance for my pet moving forward.

I am extremely disappointed in Home-Connect. I don't know what has happened the past couple of months, but the service is really terrible. They decided to cancel my fiber line just out of their own - Without my account being in arrears, without having my consent, and whilst even billing me for the next month! I contacted them, and after a whole day of back-and-forth, no one seemed to have a clue of what is going on. I then called DNA Tel, and as always, she was extremely helpful, and informed me that my line was cancelled by Home-Connect. She then informed me that they simply have to give permission to re-activate my line and my internet will be back up and running in no time. However, when I tried asking Home Connect to do, they kept referring me to another department, but no one was even trying to sort out the problem! I am now forced to look for a different ISP, which is really unfortunate, as I have been a client for years. However, the way they handled this today, and the fact that they simply decided to bill me but cancel my line is really not okay. My internet has been off now since this morning, and they just keep going back and forth not knowing what to do. Shocking.
This company should close! Do NOT use them. Beginning to think they are ****mers. Worst service ever, as well as false advertising and promises.
I have had the absolute worst customer service ever with the Nelspruit branch! Wow. Just absolutely shocking. First, I booked a pickup from them and requested it to be delivered to my home address. First, the one girl tried making me feel stupid for not booking the pickup online. She asked me why I was there if I had already done the estimate online quote, and remarked to me half laughing that the system is fairly easy to use, you just follow the prompts and make a payment, it's not difficult. I was so shocked to say the least. The other girl gave me a form to fill in for the pickup then, and while I was talking to her explaining that I need this to please be delivered to my home address, and asked her whether the price would be in the same area as the online estimate quotation, she was watching TikTok videos or playing on her phone while helping me. She assured me that she got the info and that they will deliver to my home address. I asked her whether it makes a difference as it's not an overnight delivery, and she said no. I phoned the next day and requested my Waybill number. The girl who picked up the phone started talking to someone else while I was talking her. I was so shocked! Yesterday I received a message that my package has been delivered to the warehouse, after I requested numerous times for it to please be delivered to my home address. I communicated with the person on the whatsapp message - who then said I need to send an email to Nicole. I did so but received no communication back. I sent a message on the website and sent a message on the online chat to which the person greeted me, but after telling them my concerns, just disappeared. I then tried phoning 3 times to which the phone gets answered, but gets put on music for very long, to which I eventually just put the phone down. This is BEYOND SHOCKING to say the least. I tried phoning AGAIN this morning and the same thing happened. I will definitely not ever be using this service again. I still have not received any help from anyone at the Nelspruit branch. I requested the cost which I have not received and no one is answering the phones. Just absolutely shocking.
