To Whom It May Concern, Subject: Formal Complaint and Refund Request – Voucher Purchased on 14 December 2025 I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the unacceptable service I have experienced from Coco Vogue Beauty Bar. On Sunday, 14 December 2025, I purchased a voucher with the expectation of receiving professional and reliable service. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to contact the establishment via both telephone and email. after a week of telephonic attempts I was avised to send an email as the lady couldnt even verify an available date and I was requested to send and email but To date, I have not received any response, acknowledgment, or assistance. This complete lack of communication is highly unprofessional and reflects extremely poorly on their standard of customer service. Their failure to respond has caused significant inconvenience and dissatisfaction. As a result, I no longer wish to proceed with the service and hereby request a full refund of the voucher purchased on the above‑mentioned date. For your reference, I have included below a copy of the email previously sent to Coco Vogue Beauty Bar, to which no reply has been provided. I kindly request that this matter be addressed urgently and that my refund be processed promptly. Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I look forward to your swift resolution.
Myself and a friend bought hair products from this lady almost a month ago, however we are still waiting and everytime she has excuses and reads the WhatsApp messages without responding. We only want our money back it’s disgusting how ***** people can be

I had the most awful experience as the first time buyer on their website. My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 10 Jan 2025 but it it Wednesday 15 Jan 2025 already and still awaiting delivery. Even the Courier they use are hopeless ****s saying that they cannot deliver and I am unavailable while I supp**** them with a business address. I have been calling and emailing continuously and no one gets back to me unless I call again and non of my emails have been responded to. My parcel is currently showing delivered but I haven't received anything. I will definitely not buy from them ever again!
I would rate the -0 . I've never experienced such pathetic service from this Courier company. I've been waiting since the 24th of December 2024 for my Takealot delivery and everyday its out for delivery but never gets delivered and its the 2nd of January 2025. By the time the parcel should get it me its probably broken. Do not use this company

Good day, I would like to lay a complaint against your courier drivers who delivered a parcel(Tracking nr - RUNWS00045435) to my friend. They called her this morning, saying she must meet them at the school as they cannot locate her address which is utter nonsense, anyway she walked to the school got the parcel and then they wanted her to get in the van and show them where she lives. She refused. This is shocking. Please sort it out. The parcel was for Alvina but I requested it to be delivered to Marion (The Lady who met the Courier at the school). I want feedback regarding this matter immediately as it is unacceptable.
I visited Stellenrust Wine Estate for the first time after seeing a deal on Hyperli. Wow what a beautiful place and Awesome service I received. Great Venue and wonderful service given. I will definitely go back there and would recommend them to friends and family anytime.
I bought a pair of jeans online and went to collect it yesterday but when I got home and opened the package I was shocked and noticed that this jean was worn or just really dirt from all the fitting and even found a puma pants tag in the pocket. Seriously is this the service that I’m gonna be subject to now when I purchase from Bash online? Clearly whoever picks and packs the parcel Are either just lazy or blind. This is the second bad experience with Bash now. I have pictures
