Good day am John Abrahams, ID 7707145197086 I lost my mother last year its was not an easy one base and family matters as the only son with 5 sister its hard. I managed to sort out my things ja ne but any how I claim from my other insurance policies but couldn't claim at Stanger base on i last all my contacts I never got hold off them because I lost all my information. 2 months back I saw one debit order going down calles KINGPRICE AND NOT AWARE OFF SUCH DEBIT ,THEN I CALLED THEM BUY RECEIVED SMS THAT I DID NOT GET MY PAYMENTS, THEN SPOKE TO ONE OFF THE CONSULTANT S EXPLAINED TO ME ABOUT MY POLICY, BUT I EVEN WAS SUPPRICES THAT MY MOOTHER IS ONTHE POLICY BASE ON THE SECURITY QUOTATION. THEY THAT SAID CAN THEY DEDUCT MONDAY ONCE I SAID NO TWICE BECAUSE I NEVER SKIPPED OME IINSTALMENT SINCE 2017 WHEN DONE THE LADY DOME THE ARRANGE TO DEDUCT TWICE FOR THE 9TH June 2025 ,while she will send me trough the. Call Centre were by I never got assistance send and email to them requesting and claim form that I received and said the have my claim,but if I never claim with in 12months it while be decline ,I never received any feedback from none off the consultants till todate. I just received email saying Decline no communication since ,I never even received an update policies to see what is my information or update regarding my policies but they keep deducted until today still ne response I need on record they must play me voice not or recording about the claim that I can't claim after 12 months and show me any feedback ot what so ever the send me any feedback or updates regarding my policy I would have claim if could've got hold off them i need to be have the information when they send the me the its been change to King Price from ,Stanger still not received I'll fight until it get my money been loyal customer since 2017 till date by getting this poor service I'll not leave this matter I'll information the Ambushed man on my life
Hi am really not happy with Toyota Carletonville,I send my car Toyota quest for service last week Wednesday till today still not received. The authorization was received Friday morning about 09h40 then the parts was ordered,still I was promised that the vehicle will be done Tuesday 7 February 2023 I even received feather emails that everything is in order. Am staying in Alberton and had to ask lifts home but really this is unexceptable they service is useless. Why promised customers they you will receive the vehicle on this date but nothing. Like I need to call and do follow up it's my first time I get such service from Toyota I always talk highly about them but this matter today it's really not on. I was really promised twice on receiving but nothing am traveling 108 kilometers to work and tough ot will be better,because it's NY working environment but no thanks no more. Am really not happy with the service from the cancelation department, I canceled contact with vodacom on the 13/7/2022. Where I have 3 contact with them the one I canceled was due to expire on 18/7/2022 ,but the consultant went and upgraded while I requested to canceled. Then he went to upgraded one of my other contract with 75% off call rates, I even have the sms off cancelation but still no feedback I have been calling vodacom from this number 0732423435 till no feedback, I which to go to they head office but my work environment doesn't allow me. The reference number I have don't even help I asked them to listen to the recording still no feedback am tired off this poor service am customer more the 10 years then this is the service I received. Happy really no happy
Hi am John Abrahams since my query last week I still have not received any feedback back from the customer call center of PICK n Pay they service is really bad, at branch level Pick n Pay Protea Glen and they call center service department really bad
Am really disappointed i bought croceries at Pick n Pay Alberton lemon tree on 28/01 /2021 so rhe maize meal was open 8/02/2021 to use because there was still left at home, so there was black things in the bag. I WENT TO PROTEA GLEN TO EXCHANGE IT BECAUSE AM WORKING IN THAT AREA THIS MORNING 09/02/2021, ACCORDING TO THE MANAGER I NEED TO RETURN THE MAIZE MEAL WHERE I BOUGHT IT. AM REALLY NOT HAPPY BECAUSE I AM WORKING IN THIS AREA THIS WEEK AND MY TIME FRAME DON'T ALLOW ME BECAUSE I WORK TILL 19H00 AND THEY CLOSE 19H00. Good day I have been rizing this query for the second time am unhappy with the RCS, based on they link with macro I bought fridge October 2019 till todate I not sure what is my installment. This is my second month paying amount beyond my budget I really need assistance if I new my installment was so high I would have taken the fridge. Kindly look into my matter really am un concerned citizen and have family to feed so please look into my query please. They called me once from customer service but never solved my query
Good day am really not happy with the poor service I received from macro Alberton, part of the Rcs card I bought fridge two months ago I went and pay R500 that was not due. On the 23th December I saw debit order from my bank off R940, this was withdrawal with out my information or communication. I'll called them at the Rcs offices they said it's my instalmen due but they never communicated or inform me about how much I'll be able to pay per month. I asked them how is it possible to take money from account with out consulting me, I fail to understand you purchase something but they not letting you know on the spot your instament. Am really unhappy with the service because there is no communication or information about your purchase, so please look into this matter really because I never had such problems.
