Sasol rewards is a ****. I've called over 5 times to update my cell number so I can use my points. It's still not been done. Mind you, there call centre us not a toll free line, all my airtime. The consultants also work from home and use that as the reason why one can't speak to a supervisor or manager. I've even emailed them, no response. A complete ****.
The car guards are like entitled, rude beggars. It's ridiculous. I avoid the centre just because I don't feel like dealing with the car guards.
Andi has been great as a consultant. Very helpful and very patient. Pineapple as an insurer I am not happy with. Instead of the cash in my account I had to choose between two vouchers. I've never had this issue with a insurer before.
Faith Mothwa was very helpful in getting my premium down, as I was planning to cancel and go to a cheaper insurance company.
Katleho Ngwenya is a super star! Assisted me to get feedback from their legal department in minutes. This same task no other consultant could get done for the past 2 months! Big ups to Katleho Ngwenya for the great service. Ps: I was ready to cancel had I not gotten feedback on my query today.
I generally dread calls like these as its so stiff and serious. Maduvha Thathaisa made the experience pleasant by making jokes while still reminding me of the legalities. Very pleasant guy!
Telkom lost my number that had for over 10 years. This meaning that I will loose business and money because of them. As if it's not hard enough to be a small business as it is. I went to the store on 22 Dec 2022 to move my nr to my contract. They said it would take a day. A whole week went by and it was not done. I went back to the store to query this. The lady said that she would log a call and get back to me. Another week passed before they called me with an update. She said that my nr was accidentally sent back to Vodacom and that I had to go to them to do a sim swop. I went to Vodacom on 4 Jan and today 5 Jan. My nr is not with Vodacom, they confirmed this! Vodacom also said that Telkom is making excuses not to help me! If Telkom does not get my nr back I will take this further and see them in court!
I've been begging Cell C for over a month, to send me a paid up letter for an account I settled in August already. This after they did not explain the final payment to me and that is why I defaulted. The moment I found out that I did, I settled the account. Since July to date, their lawyers MBD have been harrasing me, treating, calling and sending me sms's every day. This for an account paid over 4 months ago. I would never take a contract with them ever again.

The app chat function is the worst! I waited over 30 min to be connected to an agent. Then got a pop up that an agent would be with me in 5 minutes. Then I waited 15 minutes more. Just for the agent to get disconnected. Very unprofessional.
