Not cancel but Upgrade contract
I phoned the 26 May 2022 to cancel 2 contracts that expired and the 30 May 2022 I received and sms that they upgraded both the contracts. That after I explained to the guy at cancellations that I dont use the numbers any more. They are stealing our money

Venter trailers Boksburg great experience doing business with them
I would like to compliment Venter Trailers Boksburg on the great effortless buying experience. We had a great experience doing business with them. The sales person Mariana Strydom put in allot of effort to get the deal done in a record time. I want to thank them for going the exstra mile to wait for us after closing time to do the delivery. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

Bad bad experience at Echo 4x4
We orderd a Echo Roadster trailer and an awening 6 week s ago. They promised me that the trailer would be ready for collection on the 9th November. On the 9th at 2H30 I called the sales agent. His respons was that I can only receive it in 2 hours time. I was not happy at all because we still had a long drive home. I said to him that we will make a turn at the shop to sort it out. Next moment my phone rang and it was the owners wife, she started shouting at me and did not give a me a chance to speek. She attack my personality and she did not know me. She treatend me as well. I cancelled the deal immediately. They have good products but persons that shout at a client and told me I must remeber the client is not always right. I will never refer people to them.

BAD Serfvice
I applied inline for financing tried to find out what was the outcome. I had to make about 5 calls and did not get the answer. The lady I spoke to was VERY Rude!!!!!!!
