I upgraded a contract on in June this year to an iphone 12 but last month the phones screen froze. I had trouble booking it in for repairs as it is still under warranty and it was a telesales upgrade. I now am looking for my phone and I have spoken to the courier company DSV who was sent by MTN to collect the phone from me and more than 16 different consultants from MTN but NOONE can locate my phone. I am paying so much money for a phone noone can account for!!!!!!!!
Highly disappointed, dissatisfied, angry and annoyed at the service centre for Mercedes Benz Shelly beach which is in Izotsha. Took my Mercedes Benz A class for service in March this year and I have been having problems ever since I took it to them all within 6 months. First it was the big battery needing change yet I had bought the car a year ago from them when I asked why they sold me a car with a faulty battery no one could answer, secondly was the small battery needing change, then my carrier for my light was broken, then an oil leak then my alternator all these in total according to them came to a total of R50000. I took it to another Mercedes mechanic who confirmed that they did a nonsense job on my car to begin with and now since my alternator was faulty and my car wasn’t moving my battery is failing to charge. That battery is not even 5months old!! They told my guy to bring in the vehicle with the battery and I’m asking why? They’ll mess up my car once again. If you want your car broken take it to Mercedes izotsha and there’s really no sensitive customer care either! It is sad and disgusting what they are doing to people according to my complaints I’m not the only person with a horrific experience there. They should just close down
Very unprofessional and frustrating insurance to deal with. I would advise you not to take out standard bank insurance. I have my bond with them and had a leak in my house while I was for a few weeks on business. It took me calling every second day only to be given a new reference number for almost 3 going to 4 months until I demanded assistance. I then was told to ask my plumber to fix my leak then send through the invoice now they wont pay the plumber. I changed my kitchen cupboards as the assessor had advised and they would pay me back for the damages. Now they're refusing to pay the plumber and for my kitchen cupboards. I regret taking out this house insurance and wish I never did in the first place. I am beyond angry and disappointed
One of the worst insurance companies I regret insuring my house with them. I have been waiting for over 4 months with claims that were assessed and approved by the assessor. I keep calling almost twice a week and being told different stories. I am beyond upset
I ordered my sneakers on the 15th of April to date I have nothing but paid R1800! Courier company told me they reversed my order. I wont rest!
Food is okay however the burger patties are a little bit dry and the location is beautiful but the service is absolutely ridiculous. Waited 1 and a half hours for just DRINKS ladies had attitude and the food we even forgot we ordered. If you want to order and eat two hours later then come here otherwise it's good for a drink and pictures
I have been a loyal investor with old mutual for a couple of years. They just suddenly stopped my debit orders and I only realized what was happening at a later stage. I feel cheated and robbed of all my monthly premiums that I have been paying into this company and worse they have horrible services and poor ability to resolve issues. My policies were closed without my knowledge nor my consent visited couple of branches to try sort it out but they were useless
I stayed at the medical ward for a couple of days. My bedding was not changed I had to ask and shout for it to get changed, I was alone in the ward no-one came to check on me unless it was food delivery or change for nurses shifts. Food was beyond horrible. The nurses had so much attitude facially around the hospital. I am never staying here again I wish no medical aid has to pay for such an awful stay. My aunt also stayed there for a couple of months as she was critically ill but even then the service in the wards was horrible. I was better when she was in ICU. Go to another hospital if you can
