worse insurance, no care for customers
This has to be the WORSE insurance i have ever dealt with, im sitting with a burst Geyser that need to be replaced, its the 3rd day now, no body contacted me as they promised, submitted claims everyday hoping that someone will get back at me, i am so angry as i cant do anything but wait, for how long God Knows, it winter i need cold water, lines no answer, i hold for hrs until i ran out of airtime.

SCAM
I bought a watch with this company in October 2019, i got this reply "Thanks for making contact Re: Order #1550 confirmed " from Jonathan. Since then i have never heard any thing from him, i made numerous contact and i was given a no 0712164521 to send Whats App, the no does not have a Whats App, when i call, no answer, i have requested a refund as it is over 60 days now and no goods delivered as promised , communication, no trace. My Order is 1550, please refund me
