Suspended account
I received a message saying my account has been suspended. I have been a customer for about 6 years, they debit from my account every month. Now suddenly my account has been suspended even though a debit order went through on the 16th of February 2026. I have 2 cellphone contracts and a router with Telkom. I can't make or receive calls. I went to the nearest branch they checked my account they were also surprised about the suspension, they contacted head office. I was informed that I will get a call from head office, I'm still waiting. I'm very disappointed and hurt with the treatment from Telkom. How can they say I did not make payment, while they have access to my bank account to debit their money 😭😭😭.

Where were you when I was told there's a dent under neath a car, after my insurance hired a car for me from Avis. Now I have to pay some more from my pocket, please guys stay far away from Avis cars

Horrible treatment
I Had an accident on the 8th Jun 2024. It's the 12th I still can't go any where I'm stucked in the house. I called them to tell them I need to go and bury my sister. The answer was that they can't do anything about that. It pains me because I have been a loyal client for 10 years and this the treatment I'm getting on my first claim when I need them the most😭😭😭

Fraudulent
KFC Maluti Crescent mall they defrauded me...I paid they refused to give me my order they claimed its not showing from their side. Even after showed them a transaction on my phone.

Scammers
I don't even know this people they debited money 350 from my account, I transferred all my money to another account immediately. They tried to debit again after few minutes and they couldn't because my account was empty.
