Bad customer relations. Had been going to the store for 3 days just to hear they out of stock of certain items. Shop assistants ask you to contact the store so that the customers don't have to drive there unnecessary, but tried contacting them on both land and cell number no one bothers to answer their phones. I've tried phoning from 16h00 - 16h45 on 10 Jan.2022 that is till 15 min before closing time. On the 11 Jan.2022 I tried calling numerous times from 9h00 when store reopens to no avail so once again we had to go to the store again just to hear the stock is still on- route the assistant could'nt even tell us when about it will arrive since they have been telling us every time the stock is on it's way. The store manager spoke very unprofessional and rude to the customers whilst people are standing in long lines for hours. The store manager also said they can't answer their phones as the store is busy. So we want to know why will you have people employed that say you must contact the store and then a store manager who say they don't have time to answer the store phones as they are busy. Really bad,unprofessional service since they the only walk in store to sell Curro school items.
On 29/08, Saturday I was in PNA Worcester I was helped with friendly service and customer care, but today 31/08 Iam frustrated and dissappointed in the Somerset mall,Somerset West branches. They advertised they had sale on till 31 August.I saw a product in Worcester and was informed they can't confirm whether the other branches in Cape Town had the same product so I didn't purchase it in Worcester.Today I drove to the Cape gate branch they also didn't have the product but we asked for the number of 2 other branches named Haasendal and Somerset. Firstly I was not informed that there were 2 different PNA branches in Somerset of which 1 is in Somerset West and the other in Somerset mall. I phoned the branch Kuilsriver which is Haasendal and they informed me also that they didn't have the product henceforth I contacted the Somerset branch. Not once during my telephone conversation was I informed where this branch in Somerset was, but they had the product I was looking for. I drove to Somerset mall just to find out it wasn't at that branch. Then to my shock and disgust I was asked to drive to Somerset West if I want the specific product under the sale price. Upon asking 1 of the consultants Deon in Somerset mall if the product can be delivered to there store the answer was yes but not for the sale price as the item will be sent to the store on another date. I spoke to Kayla in Somerset West branch of which she tried to convince me to drive to Somerset West. My question is why does the client have to drive around for products if another store can request it. Why was I being told the sale ends on 31 August and the product will reach the store the 2nd. Could the store not give an I.O.U since I the client was there in the time of the sale period. Many other stores give I.O.U's to sale items if they don't have the items upon the sale period.
Lockdown has dealt a lot of business and people a loss but it's not necessary to try make a extra buck out of these times unnecessary. We ordered pizza living less than between 600m-1 km from mall.We opted to do collection they charge us delivery fee. Wow really.
What a absolute disappointing 1st time experience I had at this outlet in Waterfront. We were a family celebrating someone's matric results. We ordered some pizza's. We called our waiter about the pizza's that look over baked and burned. The stake knives that were provided even struggled to cut through the crust and pizza. Upon which the waiter brought the manager to our table who listened to the complaint,took the pizza and asked whether we would like the pizza re done. The manager informed us that they will re do the two pizza's. A minute or two later a second manager came to the table asked what was wrong. We informed him of our experience and the manager tried convincing us this is the way Primi does there pizza's. So sitting and waiting for the pizza's to return we got a schock as the waiter was clearing our plates.Upon enquiring when the pizza's are returning the waiter just said there is no pizza's being baked anymore.The waiter just said the manager informed them not to make the pizza's it will be removed from the bill. The frustation and disappointment we had been treated like that waiting for pizza's to return just to be told there is no more pizza, you get your bill and you can pay just for one as the other pizza's was taken off the bill but no one informed us as clients.
