Save yourself and your money!!!!! I get the feeling they have strong cANCer connections!!! Firstly, they misadvertised their interest rules!! Essentially lying to gain clients! Since then, I had to deal with their app constantly glitching, and due to a glitch, they essentially tried *****ing R40k from me. They keep breaking rules and regulations of a registered FSP!! They have now changed their pricing without warning, which is against the regulations of the NCC and FSCA!!! DO NOT TOUCH!!!
I have no choice but to give 1 star. I would give minus 20 stars if i could!!! They have made withdrawing my money dam near impossible!!! They tell me draw funds into an account, i try to initiate a withdrawal into that account, only to be told that is the wrong account!!!! Last time i tried to withdraw funds, it looked like it was going through, 12 working days later, i contact them to find out what is going on, they simply cancel the withdrawal, and say wrong account details!!!!!! They have been an absolute nightmare!!! I have contractors to pay, interest to pay and they keep F##KING me around non stop!!!! I made FORMAL REQUESTS for information regarding my account, and they refuse to do as asked!!! Which as i understand it breaks the regulations of a registered FSP, plus they certainly DO NOT have the clients best interests in mind!!! Which as i understand it is also AGAINST the regulations of an FSP!!!! Plus by not adhering to a FORMAL REQUEST for information they have also broken FAIS act!!! And as i understand it, this should lose them their FSP license as well as they should be liable for massive fines!!!! And as i will be reporting them to the FCSA and the Central bank of Ireland, you may want to get your funds out ASAP!!!!!

Withdrawals are becoming more and more difficult with these ****** people. I have withdrawn into an account, now they tell me I can't withdraw into it again. So I initiate a withdrawal into a different account, they say it is going through. So I initiate another withdrawal into the same account, and they tell me I cannot withdraw into that same account!!!!!!!! Seems like they are thieving *******s!!!!!!! Save yourself the hassle, try a different trading firm.
I have just bought my third PC from them. And over the years they have been excellent. Their products, their service and their attitude. I completely recommend they if you need a "new" second hand computer!!!!! And i was desperate after my one PC gave up the ghost, they were nice enough to put a rush on it for me!!!! KEEP UP THE EXCELLENT WORK!!
Black Friday Deals at Exclusive Books in Sandton City. I have to say what a load of rubbish. Complete and utter rubbish. I pop in often, unfortunately I can not buy often. Due to the economy and especially Covid. Today being "Black Friday" i thought perfect chance to get a book or two. I do so enjoy reading! I did not even see the 75% off sign. I saw sale, and went to look. I see 30% off, okay not bad; but more than I can afford with current state of affairs. Then i saw the sign. 75% off already marked down price. I am elated. According to the sign take 30% off price, and then a further 75% off that price. So I picked three books, ones that I was really excited about( especially two of them). I even asked a staff member in store if the sign was right. The lady said yes, that what it reads as. So I go to the till, they start to ring them up. I notice that only 75% off the marked price came off. I enquire about this! Only to be told forget about the 30%, it is 75% off; by the manager( I asked for the manager)! So I point out the sign! Which says " AS ABOVE" 75% off already marked down prices! Now the manager is asking me if i want the books for 105% off. I say "NO, I am not asking you to pay me to take them; I want to pay the price they are offered at. Which is original price(OP) minus 30%, then minus 75%. So the one books original price was R859. Price should be R859- 30%(R257.70) = R601.30, now subtract 75% So final price R601.30 - 75%(R450.975) = R 150.325 ( rounded up R150.35) They straight up tried to charge me R214.75! That is a difference of R75 on just one book. What about the other two. I pointed out that what they are trying to do goes against both the " Consumer Act and The Transparency Act). Only to be told " If they do give me the price they advertised, then the manager said she has to put in the difference!" At this point I had had enough. I took photos of the books and their original prices, and of the sale sign ! ! And on top of this they mispriced one book, and tried to charge full price! I could not buy often but you have lost a customer and I will be looking to take this further, as it is complete and utter BUL####T!
I am very disappointed with the butchery in particular. Have had a few incidents in the past, but as we normally buy and freeze for the month; was unable to say for sure. Went shopping at Checkers Sandton City branch. On the whole not bad at all! Although, we decided to treat our selves. We almost bought Kassler chops, one look at the packaging and we thought not a chance!! The vacuum packed chops were inflated! So we forked out and bought lamb chops! Another favorite! Was supposed to cook them yesterday, although a long day said otherwise. So tonight, all excited turn on the stove. Get out my herbs and spices. Pour my oil into the pan, and open the packet of chops. I start to put them in the oil. Then it hits me!!! The smell!! I check the date its sell by tomorrow(13/08/2020)!! Both my girlfriend and me feel a bit ill. Ripe just does not do it justice!! Smells like something has died and been lying out in the sun for a couple days!! I look for the dam slip. And Murphy's law, cant find the dam thing! I will be taking it back tomorrow, and will see how it is handled! Hopefully better than their meat! I am very certain about one thing, had we not smelt it; we would have been very ill!! Especially as lamb should not be over cooked!!
I have never really been on here before, dont really like doing this. BUT I HAVE HAD IT!!!!!! Over the years i have held my account.I am not going to say visits to Builders have been completely good or bad. I have had some decent visits, and met some very pleasant people. I have had some visits where I was so infuriated by lack of help, and in cases down right rudeness! That I have left all my items and left!!!!!! But my recent experience with RCS - Mass build was too much! I have always paid my account around the fifteenth to twentieth of the month. Last month( January), I had some left over cash and decided to pay my account early. So paid on the 3rd of the month. And now due to the fact I paid early, since the 26 January; I have now been pestered by message and phone saying I still need to pay! So this month I make my normal payment( after the harassment!!!!). Left it over night and decided to check if my payment had gone through. Only to get my reply saying my card has been suspended. I phone up the number recommended to try and sort it out. The woman who was supposed to be helping me, was barely listening! I explained what had happened( as above). The reply I got was basically: Since you paid before the new installment was added it didn't registered as paid! I say but I have paid!!! She says NOTHING I CAN DO! I say I'm am gonna do just this, I'm gonna blast them on every medium I can, unless she gets my card unblocked so I can get on with my day! The reply NOTHING I CAN DO! I am going to give it a while and see if I get a reply, unlike everyone else who has complained! But if looks are to go by I will be just another lost compliant!!!
