Poor service and abuse of power by Dischem Strubensvalue
I bought a few items two months ago at Dischem Strubensvalue. I paid and immediately the till switched off before it produced my slip. The money went out of my bank and I showed the teller and her Manager Daren. They both insisted that I pay again even though they saw the money went out of my bank. They said if it’s paid twice they will return my money immediately. I have been calling Daren with a plea to pay me back my money in vain. The most depressing thing is that I have driven to the shop three times in these difficult times of high diesel prices, just not to be given my money back. I’m very hurt and dissappointed, I think I must now involve lawyers so they can pay for the stress caused and financial losses on calls and diesel. It’s been two months or more now.

Poor service
They came to wash my carpet. They left is very very wet and even worse. I asked the owner several times to please come was my carpets again and to ensure he dries them after in vain. Very low quality job. My carpet was better before he washed it

Best service ever in 21 years of my using car insurance
Very good service. I have two cars insured with them, all competitors have failed to offer less. I pay no access. They always approve claims. Now approved two claims at once. I can't choose any other. Discovery Insure is the best!!!!!

Poor service
I have a court order for the release of funds for my child dated the 13th October 2021. Submitted on the 15th October 2021. It is now the end of November and todate the court order has not been actioned despite my follow-ups. Always told about it being taken for legal advise. I wonder if the court order takes so long, how long does a normal claim takes. I'm so worried because this is about my child's education.

No service from Discovery Insure
I decided to choose Discovery Insure because they told me about the money back for driving well and fuel if you use BP. At that time I was not working and my cars were mostly parked. I never received payment for driving less than 250km per month.when I asked, I was told because they cannot see my cars on the road, which according to my understanding i must be rewarded for. I was only paid back twice I think for fuel. I send slips, which were followed by promises until today. Now I have claimed for my windscreen, and was subjected to inspection, which never happens with these kind of claims. The selected SP said they don't inspect windscreen. I wrote an email to the agent in vain. Considering that windscreen claims are approved immediately by all my previous insurers, this is the biggest disappointment, what will happen with big accident claim? Where is my reward for driving less than 250km for months with both my cars? Where is the payback for fuel? Is Discovery Insure selling falls and non existing products

Discovery Insure lied to me about cash back
Discovery sold their insurance to me promising cash back of up to R500 if I travel less than 250 km. I have always traveled less than these km with both cars as I am not working and using other cars. No payment was made thus far. They say because they don't see me travel, of course they won't see me travel because the cars are parked. I'm disappointed

Behave like fake and fly by night SM Invest not to be trusted
I deposited money in February 2020. I've sent many emails asking for training in vain. I then asked for my money back, till today. I'm afraid they seem to be fake and fly by night as a genuine company would be sensitive towards its investors

Poor service from cell c
I upgraded and I'm not happy with the phone. I called and they said they will come to collect it. I've been calling and same promises everyday that the courier will pick it up until today. It's been three weeks now.
