Bad Service. Or lets see NO service at all. I am still waiting on someone to get back to me. they want you to use the online tools. but that's where it ends. no response nothing, You have to pay so much for no help nor good quality !!!
Its been 2 months ive emailed paid and called no answer what so ever from this company. They dont even have the courtesy to reply on an email. then send smsses to say we should pay rent which was paid over a week ago! The worst SERVICE ever
I would like to thank David from Swift Realty , its been 3longs months with Swift and Alec Massel( Which was the probelm) David tried to assist all times and giving advise as far as possible, Thank you David
This place is worse then Hell itself!!! With a place like this all the rentals will run dry, People are moving out of Golden oaks just because of this place, I will be following soon as they cannot even get an invoice right! everyone should know how bad this place service is, DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!
This place is the worst when it comes to calls help or response. You call and wait 20 min +...... Getting on the online to help yourself is impossible, And emailing them does not help any more. I requested last week a move from one unit to another why cant they just call you and explain and get the proses done, now I am waiting loosing out on using my WIFI and still need to pay this not right!!
to get through to this business is hectic, they just dont take call, you phone and hang on for then 15 mins at a time, getting into your account is a mission not user friendly at all. no where to log a query or get hold of someone, if I knew it was this hard getting fibre with them i would have used a different company all together. its 6;35 and i still have not reached anyone to assist me
to get hold of these guys is impossible.... And they sign you up quick, then no service after that. I need to get answers and no one comes back to you, nor do they answer the calls.
3 Times i had to contact Telkom regarding a subscription going off my account which i did not subscribe for, this morning same thing, when will this stop, this is stealing as did not give consent for anything going off form my account, I once again am struggling to get hold of them to cancel this yet once again. this is ridiculous. This is not customer service at all......!!!!!!!!!!!
To get help from Telkom on the website is a mission, I just want information on insurance, nothing works, going to a telkom shop would even be worse as they are so slow and unhelpfull, calling even worse, This is not customer service, and this from such a big company, what is happening in SA.
This place is the worst to deal with, Calls people NON stop when you need to pay, you do pay up and request a letter to state you are done, Its been 3 days 5 calls calls, promising to call me back, This coming from a Supervisor Lauren promising to call, its been 2 days still no letter no call, Nothing, this is terrible, how do these people get away with this bad service, They are quick to call saying you need to pay and make arrangements etc, but when you need something from them NO HELP......
