Their guarantee is worthless and they are unethical. They were supposed to replace an SSD drive under guarantee and this was not done. I c anbor recomnwnd them at all
I bought a product from a Bid or Buy seller 18 days ago and the seller couldn't supply the correct dowoad link. Bid or Buyjust cannot seem to resolve this issue and to date haven't refunded my purchase price as they say their seller must refund am very disappointed with Bid or Buy and willnolomger dobusiness with rhem

At the beginning of January I noticed that most of my December air time had disappeared. I also noticed that a lot of my January air time had disappeared as well. On 6 January I contacted Vodacom and queried this. On 7 January I receive an answer saying they would come back to me within 24-48 hours. They never did. They said I had subscribed to something at R10 per day which I never did. on 9 January they said they would block this and reply to me within 72 hours. but the R10 still went on daily. Contacted them again on 12 January and once again they said they would block it. On the same day I sent them 2 emails which they did not have the courtesy of replying to. I contacted them today 13 January at about 9.30. The lady said they would block it! After a few words she said she would refer it ti the back office and come ack to me within in 3 hours. This of course never happened and I phoned them at about 1pm. They told me I had subscribed to Hunky Dory. IK have never heard of them and once again I was told they would block it. After this call I noticed that the R10 was deducted again! I asked to speak to a manager but was told he was in a meeting. I asked them to ask him to phone me back and I can guarantee that this will not happen. I have read other comments and it seems as if Hunky Dory is a Vodacom scam. Now I know why it was never blocked. I have lost a LOT of air time and it is due to the extreme incompetence of Vodacom staff. I have been a customer for 25 years and to be treated in this way is an absolute disgrace. Thank you so much Vodacom! It is NOT a pleasure doing business with you.
