Struggling from Friday to get a relocation done. Worst service EVER. Their excuse is they dont work over weekends. We requested this on FRIDAY. When I phone, the call gets dropped in my ear. I work from home and I am losing money due to their incompetence.
Paid my pro rata on my new Kia Picanto, but not insured. Keep getting messages that my car is not insured, but they deducted the money and sent me documents. This is PATHETIC.

I purchased glasses at Specsavers in November and was approved to pay if off over 24 months. They deducted the first payment. Since then they have not even tried to deduct my account, but I keep getting SMS's that there is a payment that returned unsuccessful. I have emailed them, with no success. I will get a notification on my bank app if there is an unsuccessful debit order and I will be charged a penalty fee for unsuccessful debit orders, which has not happened AT ALL. This is beyond pathetic. This is the email I got from them on 4 December, and they have still not debited my account: Good day Kindly be advised that we will re run your debit order tomorrow. Our line has been deactivates without any reason whatsoever. Their excuse is it was an accident. I work from home and have been without Wi-Fi for almost 48 hours. PATHETIC!!! I am losing money because of their incompetence. Maybe we should get a new service provider.

I placed an order on 18 September 2024. Since yesterday, 19 September 2024, Homechoice has been calling me and dropping the phone in my ear. I am guessing they want to speak to me about the Debicheck or something. This is very unprofessional. If this continues, I will cancel the order and support another business.
This company is driving me CRAZY! They constantly phone me regarding graduating and referring people to them. I have blocked so many numbers because no matter how often I ask them to stop calling, they never stop. This morning I received a WhatsApp message from Sibongile Mthiyane asking me if I want to come to the graduation. HOW MANY TIMES MUST I ASK YOU TO LEAVE ME ALONE? Now you are contacting me on WhatsApp because I have blocked your calls. If you do not stop bothering me, I will take this further.
Getting 10 calls a day from African Bank Sales. Is this not harassment? I did not sign up to get calls from African Bank. STOP THESE CALLS!!!!!!
