Since the 29/11/2021 I have been trying to get a hold of the GEMS optical department. I have even waited for over an hour and NO ONE answers! Since the lines have changed they are hopeless to get in to contact with! How do I assist my patients???

On the 15th of December I cancelled a phone contract I took out in December. I’ve been billed twice already and I’ve been given a reference for my cancellation but every time I phone no one can explain why it hasn’t been cancelled yet. My device wasn’t opened and the SIM card was left in its original packaging. Everything was in order. I’ve been billed twice! Cancel my contract and refund me my money. I haven’t even used this device but I’m paying for it. This is disgusting. It’s easy to take a phone out and give them money but it’s so hard to get your own back.
I placed an order on the 3rd of May and to this day have still not received it. I phoned tfg and was told that couriers are handling the parcel, not once did they try and phone couriers to see what was going on. I phoned the couriers myself to find out that my parcel hadn't even left the warehouse in JHB to be transferred to the warehouse in rustenburg. My second order placed on the 16th of May has already arrived and I keep contacting tfg and no one is assisting. It's been almost a month that I'm waiting for my parcel but my other orders came within 5 working days. I received an email to say my parcel would be here by the 24th of May and still nothing. Highly disappointed with this!
Absolutely poor service! For a week I’ve been trying to get through to the online call center contracts department and each time I sit on the line for 10 min and no one picks up. The business department keeps transferring me back. Absolutely disgusting
