Hi, my team and I wanted to go to this Christian camp to change a few things in our lives. I have clicked on the whatsapp link via Facebook. The guy rep**** back QUOTE " LEES ASB INLIGTING EERS VOOR JY VRAE!!! ALLES IS DAAR... PLEASE READ THE INFORMATION BEFORE ASKING QUESTIONS!!! IT IS ALL THERE..." UNQUOTE. After this message I know for a fact that if you are a Christian you need to talk with respect with other people if they want to ask you something. This business will not see me or my team. They need to work on how they talk to people. I didn't read or listened further what he had to say, I blocked him and I went to the business management to sort this out!!!

I have asked Grace in 3 emails for help which she hasn't got back to me in a matter of 3 days. When I try to call, they are not helpful either
HI, I will not recommend Acton Spare Parts at all. The guy that does the whatsapps incompetent Here is our conversation. I went on Friday after 14:00 waiting in the queue for half an hour, got to the front and ask him for my part. He said that they did sell it to someone else and that he will order another one. This is the conversation we had: [7:14 am, 06/09/2022] Henning: Good morning. I will come and buy this part Friday after 13:00. Will you have it in stock? [7:15 am, 06/09/2022] Henning: Fuel pump Almera 2002 model [8:44 am, 06/09/2022] Henning: Hi. Can you please assist me? [8:50 am, 06/09/2022] Spares: you asked me all this questions im waiting for you to come [9:17 am, 06/09/2022] Henning: I will be there after 14:00 on friday [9:33 am, 06/09/2022] Spares: ok [9:44 am, 06/09/2022] Henning: Can you please send me the location via whatsapp? Debtcare a big NO GO! Since last year they help I got from them is poor. They don't give you all the info you needed to clear your name. This is unacceptable as a customer that the owner advise you to talk to the one of the consultants and out of the 5 consultants that try to help me, didn't succeed, the owner self didn't succeed to help me. They should close the business! They have no idea what they are doing!!!
Long story short. They refuse to help me with freezing my account and then the 4 month cancellation fee. They can't change it! As a customer it is unacceptable. I am sure that they are suppose to help me as a customer.
HI, we were one day late with payment. We did pay our Sage Account and emailed them with the pop. The next day out account is still blocked. Emailed them again. 3 days later still no response. If you do call them, it takes upto 45min before you get through to anyone

I will highly NOT recommend them to any one at all. I have asked them to keep me a part aside for my car and I will come and fetch it the next day, Contacted them and they said it is sold. Try to arrange with them to order me another one, BUT they refuse to answer whatsapps or telephone calls. Please stay away from this company at all times!!! They are bad news and unprofessional!!!
Hi. Consultant 5 Debtcare have good testimonials on they're website. That is why I chose them. 2 months after going with them, there were a lot of slack from Tanya and Adriaan's. I got retrenched and ask them for help, and they said they will get back to me after consulting with Absa which they never did . They have decided not to help me. I would NOT recommend them at all. I have asked them to give me the owner's contact details. They are there suppose to help you! BUT they don't!!!
