I have contacted GoToGate NUMEROUS times and they are copying and pasting the same nonsense email evrytime I submit my documents as instructed. I'm done with their runaround! I’m extremely disappointed with my experience booking a Qatar Airways flexible ticket via GoToGate through Booking.com (Ref: OCWRXP). What should have been a simple date change turned into a stressful, expensive, and dangerous ordeal: ✅ I paid for a flexible ticket and received confirmation after requesting a date change (7 June → 1 June 2025). ❌ At check-in, Qatar Airways said my booking was invalid — no ticket found. 📞 I called Qatar Airways twice (as advised by GoToGate). They promised a payment link. No link ever arrived. 💳 I was forced to pay ZAR 5,730.00 directly to Qatar Airways on 1 June just to fly home. 💢 Booking.com and GoToGate kept redirecting me. No proper resolution. The website crashes every time I try to submit a formal complaint. 🔴 I suffer from claustrophobia and have a history of TIA (mini-stroke). I was assigned a middle seat between two sleeping passengers on the long-haul leg (Doha to JHB), despite my condition. No help, no support, no care. 💥 I demand: A full refund of the R5,730.00 A formal apology Compensation for the emotional distress and medical risk Fix your broken systems so this never happens again This experience was completely unacceptable. I’ve already lodged a complaint with Qatar Airways and will escalate to consumer protection bodies if this is not resolved urgently. I have hust about paid up an account and out if tge blue, it shows on your system that I owe nearly 5K on a new account with same creditors!!! What the hell. I have sent your team, Jayde a message to fix this error. I hope you correct this immediately. I will report your team to the ncr for harassment as well since they constantly call me. I have blocked your number and have requested numerous times to contact me inky via email due to this constant calling.
I sent a website req today for a quote for hospital/funeral plan and received a call from Nicole within 5-10 Min where she did a proper analysis of what I needed. She was professional, friendly, patient and funny. Appreciate her service and gladly signed up for their gold standard package. She made me feel happy to give over my money 💸. That's great talent
Hi there @mfcsouthafrica @nedbank My car was paid for and settled in April 2019. I have sent proof of payment a million times. I even had the company who did the payment for me as I was on debt review send the correspondence and proof of payment to MFC too. I have visited the Edenvale branch in person who also sent the said proof to MFC in Pretoria. To date, I have MFC lawyers demanding payment from me. I should have received my registration papers as well as been credited for additional money I have paid in to prevent them from repossessing my vehicle. Today I received another call from the attorneys asking for payment. The lawyer has given a telephone number for MFC and no one answers the line. Her advice is to go to the MFC branch in Pretoria but I cannot find an address???? Someone please help me before I lose my mind!!!! 082 564 0250
