THEY ARE QUICK TO GRAB YOUR MONEY WHAT FOLLOWS IS BAD SERVICE
I have been recieving the most humbling service from carrack since the last couple of months quick to sell you product but once they got your money your treated LIKE A DOG even better while they haven't resolved your issues they call you again trying to sell you more stupid products to enrich themselves THEY ARE TECHNICIANS ARE USELESS I have been having battery draining issues , I initially thought it was my battery went to buy another battery then I was stupid enough to take on another account on another vehicle a with a brand new battery guess what it drained the battery dead now I had to go replace the battery as they are not going to take accountability I have been up and down with the scheduling dept trying to get this fixed ****** USELESS I WANT OUT OF THIS WITH MY 2 CARS ILL FIND ANOTHER COMPANY WITH A BETTER SERVICE THEY ARE QUICK TO GRAB YOUR MONEY WHAT FOLLOWS IS YOU WASTING YOUR AIRTIME THAT YOU NOT GONNA GET REFUNDED THEY DONT CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOU IN TROUBLE ONLY WHEN THEY WANT YOUR MONEY THEY MUST JUST APPLY TO BE PART OF THE BIG 5 CARTEL AS IM SURE NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY ARE ROBBING THEIR MONEY

BEING HUMBLED BY COMPEG AND BODY CORPORATE OF BRAMLEY MEWS ...I have been going back and forth since 2024 being passed around different portfolio manages...I already had a AOD that I'm paying next thing I get a judgement raised against me that messed up credit , COMPEG is letting BRAMLEY MEWS BODY CORPORATE NOT TO HONOUR THEIR DEAL.....I'm being Frustrated as now my emails are being responded to.

HI ITS ME AGAIN WRITING ANOTHER REPORT IN A SPACE OF 3MONTHS 1STLY YOU ALLOWED PEOPLE TO GET A CONTRACT UNDER MY NAME AND STILL HAVEMNT EXPLAINED HOW IT HAPPEND NOW THAT IS SETTLED YOU ARE TAKING YOUR SWEET A$$ TIME TO REFUND ME NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER , I FIND THAT VERY DISRESPECTFUL...I WONDER HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE GOING THROUGH THIS ...REALLY NOT HAPPY

Vodacom helped someone open a *****ulent account in my name
horrible service you guys allowed someone to open a contract in my name they said it was done online, when I follow up on how it happened you sending me up and down ...send forms online no response, went to the store @menlyn they said they can't help me , I need to cal the callcentre NOT HAPPY debit are still going off you guys are not bothered

HORRIBLE , DISRESPECTFUL,INCOMPETENT POOR SERVICE ....Been Calling Since last year to cancel a a policy value add that I cancelled in 2007 been told they are going to look for recordings this was last year and nobody got back to me , now I called again Policy only got cancelled now after 12 yrs ,still no phone recordings or way forward why was it not cancelled when I called last year ......nobody gets back to me I keep calling like a FOOL.......its 12 years of my hard earned being taken from me....wanna close off this chapter and want nothing to do with BUDGET
