I have reported a water leak in the metre using WhatsApp on the 16th of this month and I was surprised when the municipality workers came and opened my neighbours water metre which had no fault at all, leaving our metre while they see that it it leaking. I asked them why they are not fixing the one that has a problem, they told me that they were assigned to fix my neighbours one, which had no problem at all. I contacted the municipality again on WhatsApp again and I was told that the issue was resolved while my water metre is still leaking even today. The person who was assisting me gave me a new reference number but the problem has not been resolved. The metre has been leaking before the 16th of May till now. I have reported by calling, used the municipality app and WhatsApp but no assistance till now.
I wasted my time in March answering multiple number of surveys and in most surveys, especially the ones with most points, I didn't receive my points. I contacted their help centre and they told me not to worry. They will fix everything by month end. I contacted them on the 1st of April, they told me that they are conducting an investigation. Since then when ever I try to contact them, they don't reply. I still haven't received my missing points from last month. It's a time wasting app.
Great online paid surveys, in the beginning I thought I was a **** because I was getting very few surveys but now I am getting a lot of surveys earning more points. I usually choose a restaurant gift card rewards just to spoil myself after my hard work.
I took a some loans with atlas finance and last year Bayport finance consolidated all my loans including my Atlas Finance loans but they are still harassing me with emails telling me to pay. I have told them that my loans were settled by Bayport finance and sent them proof of payments but still they are telling me that I'm still owing.
I had a very good service with Marlin Credit / GMT Solutions, I recently lost my job and while I am currently waiting for my Provident fund, things have been tough since I have no income. I contacted Marlin Credit / GMT Solutions for a bringing loan and they assisted me in a very easy and professional way. Now my kids have food. I am so greatful 🙏🏼
I lost my job and then I app**** for the R350 grant in June. In July when I checked my application status was pending for June and July. Later in July when I try to check my application status it I got a message saying I need to do an Identity verification process to finalize my application, I need to request a message that can take up to 2 days to arrive then I need to follow the link on the message to complete the verification process within 3 days. It's been 3 weeks now but I don't receive an message, I always re request the message but nothing. When I try to call the SASSA number they just say all agents are busy I must try again later and drop the call. I don't know how to contact them because I don't even have money to go to their offices.
I have been contacting MTN Mobile Money for almost 3 months now because I need to change my number on the Mobile Money account. I've been explaining to them everything via email because you can't get hold of an agent if you tray to call them. I don't have access to the old number, I don't know my last mobile money account balance, when I try to change my number on the app I get the relink was unsuccessful message. 3 months they are failing to assist me.
Excellent service, they helped me consolidate my debts.
