So useless as insurance company. I'm forced to use them as I bond with them but decided to spend extra money with FNB insurance for building insurance. Called them to log a claim my geyser not working they sent a company based in Gauteng and I live in Western Cape. Nobody followed up to find out if anyone assisted in my problem it's been a whole week already and FNB insurance sent out a plumber within 1 hour of my logging a claim and fixed my geyser. I'm officially in the process of moving my Bond to FNB with my banker now so hopefully this ends this poor relationship as I have never had a pleasant experience with Standard bank insurance since I bought this house and bonded it through them. I wish I had the option of not giving them 1 star.
I have had to use Standard bank insurance limited twice now for problems at my home that I bond through them. I don't know if they use **** companies or if they don't care for there clients as both occasions I dealt with them was ****. They use MRM Electrical for their electrical call outs and this company is so useless they don't answer their phones and they just fix things they think can be the problem without actually tracing and finding the problem. I asked Standard bank if I could get another company and they just sent MRM again. POOR SERVICE.
Avoid them, Standard bank insurance limited is useless but I guess because my bond is with them I need to use them from time to time to fix certain jobs at my home. They sent MRM electrical, please don't use this company, they fix things and you pay for it but the problem still exist after then you wait days for them to return only to tell you that you need new parts without finding the fault. So I got a electrician in and he found that I had water damage from my exterior light which the wire is burnt in the box. The scary part is I asked MRM to disconnect my plug that was popping every time the circuit breaker would be switched on and all they did was disconnect all my plugs off the earth leakage and I found out this is dangerous. I Asked Standard bank to send another company and they insisted I use MRM not sure why this is the only company they use for electrical work. Just all round **** service
Recently had a swimming pool installed through Advanced Pools and I will recommend them to any person wanting to install a pool. The guys were great from digging the hole to cleaning. I loved the fact that a whatsapp group was created and always had communication with the team. If you want trustworthiness and honesty from a pool building company then Advanced pools are your team. Thank you Advanced Pools.
I recenty bought a new contract online from vodacom which has given me endless problems. I then took it to the local vodacom shop who then proceeded to book it in for repairs. I have not received any notifications or reasons of what is happenning. I need to call vodacom every week and find out what is happenning. This is unacceptable from such a large oganisation. To crown it off they call me weekly to buy fibre from them, WOW you guys must be smoking weird stuff!!!!!
Logged a call with Teboho Moloi and he was awesome in arranging a tow truck for my vehicle.
