Their service is poor my bus was delayed with and hour from Bloemfontein to Gauteng since I arrived here around 23h15 till 01h00.no one is saying anything regarding this. They service is very poor
I have never got such good service like i got in Volvo Bloemfontein,their people are so amazing like the cars they are selling. Just want to say i had an amazing visit of viewing one of my dream cars XC 90 Volvo. Thank you Volvo for such wonderful and amazing service you give to your clients
This morning when i wake up,i just found out that Nedbank debited 2 time plus stop order which makes it 3 times.No one call to tell me inform me about the debit. Its unprofessional of them. I wonder how am i going to pay other things. And will be discredited after what they did with regards to my other debit orders.
I got there bad treatment from this company,last week went there to buy there car and they processed my application,today in there morning I had to go get there car they sold it but they did take my information to apply for that car.only to find out today there car I agreed on was sold and worse their manager said he will give me another car same price,but when we had to continue so I can sign there car price it's more than what we agreed on,cause it's a 2020 model. Who's problem is it me or them.
First of all we bought voucher on black Friday me and my wife for holiday for next year,next thing my wife calls to do booking.but now there place we wanted to go to that falls under anytime holidays is on special,they say we can't use those voucher there cause they are running a special.but they never specified that can't use vouchers in such places. There other place we pick it's under contraction whose problem is it?and they take time to get back to you.
