Pathetic company
The most pathetic company ever! You call in, you wait for over 30 minutes to be attended to. You use their WhatsApp number, they reply over more than 48 hours. Terrible terrible company with terrible service. It has been more than 2 months since I submitted my claim but all I get is no communication whatsoever. The last time I engaged with an agent. She said it was at tax stage and that I should follow up the next week. I followed up using their WhatsApp number and still have not received any feedback. Very disappointed with this company and its services. Nxa.

Mifa is a ****!!!
What a joke!!! I’ve been taken from pillar to post regarding my claim. I have been sending multiple emails to Kgomotso but no reply. When I call nobody answers. This is by far the worst pension fund administrator by far!

Worst loan business to ever use!!!
If there was 0 star I would have given Wonga a 0. It had been more than 3 months that I paid off my account but Wonga still hasn’t updated on transunion and other institutions. My credit profile looks very bad because of Wonga, worst part is that it’s still showing a very high balance as outstanding. How when I’ve paid it off months back???? I am very furious, disappointed and angry at Wonga. I regret the day I did business with them!!!!

NMG benefits are the WORST
How companies are still using NMG DISbenefits baffles me. The poor customer service and non responses to emails is quite frustrating!!! I hope and pray that my next company doesn’t use them. They are quick to debit our funds monthly but when it’s time to claim them they take forever!!

Bad Service!!
The most pathetic courier service I've ever had to encounter... they are unreachable and then the next thing when you trace your order, there are a bunch of lies stating they cannot get hold of you etc.. where as they never called in the 1st place. I've been waiting for more than 4 days for an order I should have received 4 days ago. Vodacom will use a lot of customers as long as they are using this courier service. I am disgusted to the core!!!!
