I would like to send a review for a very bad experience by Bawas 145 church street PMB, We had done a layby for items for 6to 7 months. according to my understanding layby is to keep an item away for a customer for a certain period right and I also believe that we cannot layby items that are not in store? So we did that and as per their policy they do not refund which is not a problem cos we wanted the items. Now my problem is that we have been paying for stock that has been continued and we found out when we needed a collection mind you this is not the first time we did a collection and there were no goods so today the stock is discontinued so now they telling us that they can't refund because their policy that means we must now choose items we not interested in just so we don't forfiet our money. My question is Who is at fault here? Is it even allowed? What does consumer act says in thus regards? I suspect these items were sold cos when u layby something you keep it aside so in this case I doubt procedure was followed. Yes it was discontinued but you cannot lay away items that are discontinued so it obviously got discontinued while we were busy paying for this. I would really like to hear from the owner as to what policy is this? Does it comply with consumer act ?.This is unprofessional and unacceptable.. Extremely disappointed

I have been with direct Axis for long that I am only left with 7 instalments to finish up, so this month i was debited 2 times on the 24th which is not their debit date okay I didn't have a problem since the 26th was on Sunday.. Was surprised to see another debit on the 27th . Sent emails, called and was transferred to some department which never picked up, its really inconveniencing since we budget over our monies so if you not gonna take note of your errors and rectify then it's a problem. When they want to offer you another loan or u missed a payment they all available to call you but now no one is willing to help.
I really hate the day i joined planet fitness, i hate them, i have everything about them, this is my second if not third complaint.. i went to planet fitness Rosebank to cancel my membership but the lady i spoke to said i should wait until end of my contract, thats exactly what happened it stopped March 2020 then later around September they debited again i called wrote an email and the sad parr is that Rosebank gym was closed i would have went there to give them a piece of my mind... They are ripping us off i hate everyone there including their buildings and signages whatever that has planet fitness logo makes my blood boil, if they do not resolve this issue then ill take them to court im not gonna let these ppl do this and im not the only one. I hate such businesses
Would like to recommend Andisiwe Solomon who managed to calm me down after the mistake your company did regarding my account, i was so angry and annoyed but she managed to explain and apologise and importantly she made sure that i understood every thing and reassured me that it would not affect my credit record. She is an asset to your company. We reached an agreement that will benefit me and the company.Thank you Andisiwe
I hate this company with all my heart and soul, tried to be calm about what they doing and now im running out of patience.Covid has affected all of us but it seems they just trying to get their feet on our expense. I am really getting annoyed now
These ppl sell nice branded tshirts and more, but i cant say their service is nice. Not once but twice i received a poor service worse they dont care at and im not sure if it depends on the amount u spend or thats how they operate, i ordered tshirts before and had to be sent from pillar to post before i get them secondly i ordered 2 t-shirts for someone in northern cape they took over a month to send the item. Got the item and guess what? There is only one item and we paid for 2 and delivery fees.
I once had a membership with them while i was working at Rosebank and before i moved to Eastrand i went to the branch to cancel they told me that itll deduct for few months then itll stop or i had to pay that amount however i didnt have money then allowed it to deduct until it stopped and yes it indeed stopped until last month after so many months they deducted R485.12 and i went to my bank to reverse and now they deducted 2 times on my account and i am so frustrated cos i no longer gym with them and i went to their branch now what am i suppose to do for this to stop? Cant they see that my acc hasnt been active and why now? I dont workout with them anymore please they should check their records cos ill close this account i cant bd reversing debit orders or changing my account for them...you sort this out plz. I dont even remember who i spoke to
Would like to recommend Hollard Balfour park mall for a wonderful experience i had izolo, Special mention goes to Kedibone for putting my needs first and explaining what i needed to know i felt like i was their only customer. She even called me today to give me more options im so happy..Kedi keep it up
Went to the police station today for a travelling permit since my father passed On, got there with the documents for the deceased and my I'd book. Was sent away to make a copy after they have checked all the documents, came back with What they requested and waited patiently for the lady who didn't even have a sense of urgency so as she came she asked if anyone for permits we agreed then she tells me I need a proof of residents i was so ****ed off cause they checked my documents, made me wait and still didn't help me... our police officers dont care why we come to the police station like you grieving bona they just full of unnecessary attitude
