The reception area is filled with people sitting with their backs to you, they will speak about you and you requests to the receptionist, but do not turn around to engage with you - the customer - this leaves quite a bad taste of entitlement and arrogance. If this was the only complaint, one could live with that. However, the workmanship is less than sub-optimal for what should be a well established panel beating and spray painting business: The car (Audi A4 Avant) came in for dents and deep scratches on the driver's side front and rear door. Poor blocking and filing work has resulted in a now more "corrugated" appeal. the driver's door now only closes with extra force. Voids left from bad prep / blocking work have just been over painted (in the middle of the door). The clear coat has formed beadings at edges of the doors. It appears no one is taking pride in their work, "since it is insurance work, it does get paid for anyway - so why care for excellent service". After the vehicle spent two weeks in the shop to get to this poor state, it will have to go back for "one day" only to rectify these complaints. Please do not take your vehicle to this shop, the work carried out there can be done much better by a number of "backyard" operations.
As a Walk in customer, one would expect to be acknowledged and be attended to. Not here - no greeting, a give of suddenly being busy and scurrying off. Leaving customers standing unattended or even greeted as a rule (this is the third time this happened) - I am sure the business must be flourishing through contractors orders. I will not go back there again to be left standing like a fool.
Vodacom Red VIP - hailed as a "Premium Service" - yeah right.... I am dealing with a technical Cellphone reception issue in my area. Vodacom has installed a direct aerial on my house and a signal booster inside the house, which worked very well until last Feb this year. I have lodged a service call on 26 Feb to inspect and investigate the issue - which will require that technician comes to my house and checks the items installed. Reference number given, all good. No visit, no change. I call some time later to follow up as there is still no change, only to be told that the reference number closed because the issue was "solved". Far from it though - blatant lie. I then re-lodge a service call for the same issue. I am promised that it has been "escalated" and it will be physically attended to within 24 to 48 hours. Now, several days and several calls later still nothing has happened other than I have been told that the issue has been "resolved". Pathetic Service - stay away from this company!!!!
Very sad to see that Food Lovers Market does not sell Beef any longer. I can understand no Pork, but not even Beef? Won’t see me back in that store.
Be careful when shopping at Food Market Westwood Mall. Cabanossi marked at R229.99 per kg - charged at R299.99 per kg. To my understanding that borders on fraud. I brought it to the attendants attention who disappeared for ten minutes to “the manager”. “The manager” does not even have enough decency to appear in person to explain or apologize - very bad customer service !!!!!!
