Morning visit with grandson to check card points.No greeting no assistance offered. Grandson spotted a toy schoolbus no price on shelf. I asked for help with price. I was handed the toy and told to go stand in que for price. I left with a very dissapointed grandson. Definately a lack of customer care if that is what you looking for at your local Dischem stores. I will visit this store maybe again if I don't need help. York Street Dischem.
I have sent an email to this place in search of help to guide me, nearly a month ago, no response so I don't know how long it will take to start up my small business.
The Home Connecta Flexi Prepaid was suppose to be a deal entered into on buying a sim with cell c. At time of purchase tarrif was great. Now I find that tarrifs for data are changing and the offers are ridiculous. And to note that the terms of conditions have changed regarding the offer and the offer expiry date has not been reached. Is this even legal. I have read the terms before posting this and cell c has the right to withdraw the offer at their discretion not change the pricing of the deal as long as the deal is available. Now I bought airtime to buy the R189 for 40 gigs as it was available the 17th of March 2022. The terms read also that if their are changes customers will be informed. The data deal is not available no notification has been received. Legally what can be done. Thanks
overall not at all having good things to say about clientelle legal. i got retrenched after 8months of being with cientelle only to learn i have to be with them 1 year to qualify for the retrenchment benefit. So what now!!!!
this company has me waiting since November for my provident fund payout. i got an email stating first week February after numerous calls. please do something.
