Placed my order beginning September. No updates. No goods. No money. No answering of calls and I even doubt their address in at 50 Constantia Blvd, Building 4, Roodeport is even real but i have full intentions of going there
And here i am again, still no product, going onto 3 months, I email them and they don't bother to reply, oh they did at some stage reply and told me I would get it the following week at it had arrived, that was 2 weeks ago. Been trying to cancel my order and i am told on the same email that it may cost me 35% in fees to cancel....HOW CAN COMPANIES like these be allowed to operate freely????
Don't waste your time with these guys, they should not be allowed to sell online, once you place your order your on your own and your money is gone. They don't reply to your emails and you can't get hold on them, so for me, no product and no money to date, over a month now with ZERO comms from them
One can expect systems to once in a blue moon to glitch and even go down BUT 8 days and counting for a company of this magnitude providing a service so critical to its clients NOT to have a tried and tested DRP in place is seriously worrying. As an IT company that provides and supports company's infrastructures I am in awe on how long this has taken..... and counting AND how terrible the communication to its customers has been handled. I may stay on as a client for now IF they come back online within the next day or so but if it happens again I then know where I stand and what to do.
Shocking service, DSV distribution just could not give a **** about their customers. In December they did not collect from my supplier even after I logged a call with complaints dept that assured that they would get it collected this time. Now can’t get through to their George depot, after selecting the option it drops the call. This is one of many disappointments and I after many years of using them will NOT be using them again. Useless
