Good evening Two weeks ago I was asked by one of the supervisors of mega fibre to dig in my front yard and the white gentleman he promised me that they will put back my plants after digging. Today I was told that they are finished so I went to check and my plants were butchered. I then asked to speak to the supervisor, he was not the same guy who asks for my permission to dig. He asked if I was the homeowner and I said yes and he said he was doing me a favour by even trying to put my plants back because that side of the property belongs to the municipality but I was surprised when I saw my “white” neighbour’s yard being put back but he won’t do the same for me because he was doing me a favour by doing so. I am honestly shocked that there are white people who still treat black that in such a way. The treatment and the name calling did not sit well with me and he knew that nothing will done that’s why he was able to do that to me.
Mega fibre company was digging in front of my yard. Day one was an older white gentleman who asked for my permission and promised to put my plants back in place when they are done putting in the line and that took two weeks. Today when I checked because they said they were done. My front yard was terrible. I spoke to their supervisor who was a white very rude man and he asked if I am the homeowner and I said yes. He said they were doing me a favour by even putting the back the plants because it’s not my property it belongs to the municipality. I was surprised because all my white neighbour’s yards were put together. I honestly don’t believe there still white people who treat black people like that.
My Telkom router is less than 6 months and it stopped working. I called Telkom regarding this and I was told that it’s my fault and that I should buy a new one. I have been on the phone that 10 technicians for assistance in configuring the new router so to have access to the internet and I haven’t received any assistance regarding this problem.
I was assigned a technician by the of Collins Sehlahla who was rude and dismissive. He decided to just remove the previous fibre box from the previous tenant and put new fibre box and refused to do a new install at a central place where all my tenants can get coverage in less than 30 min after the “install” some of my tenants said they didn’t have coverage from their rooms and he said he was busy and will come back. Two days later he is still a no show. Then I called Telkom and I was moved around from department to department with no assistance 6 agents later still no assistance until Telkom said it’s a open serve problem. I spent half my day waiting to speak with an agent.
I had a problem with my car on the 12th October 2021 and I called Ford Vanderbijlpark and I was told to bring it the car in on the 13th October 2021, I was told they will call me later to pick up the car. Later that day they called tell me I will get my car on the 14th October 2021 because they still need to diagnose the car for further problems. On the 14th October I didn’t receive any phone call from Ford, so I decided to call at 15:30 pm and they said they will call me back later because they are still busy with the car and I never received a call back. On the 15th October 2021, I called them at 09:00 am and I was put through to the manager who took my number and said she will call me back after hearing my problem. I never received a call back from the manager and then after 3 hours from my call to the manager I then received a call from Charlotte telling me that they just found out that my car had a problem with the turbo and that I will receive my car earlier in the week of 18th October 2021. On the 18th October 2021 I called Ford at 08:00 to find out how far are they with the progress of the car and then I was told Charlotte will call me back. I received a call back at 10:00 am and I was told that my car had a wiring problem and they didn’t know when exactly I will get my car. I am so frustrated with Ford because I feel that they are giving me the runaround. I only have one car and I’m currently struggling to go to work and take my son to school, what’s even worse is that my 10week old son got sick on Saturday and I didn’t have transport to take him to the hospital or pick him up when he was discharged this morning... I’m really unhappy with the service I’m getting from Ford.
I just want to say thank you to Capitec Sasolburg branch in the PnP complex. I have never received such quick and quality service like that and they are consistent, they never disappoint. Thank you so much guys please keep it up, I honestly and sincerely appreciate it
I have been claim free for 5 years and was due for my cash back and to my surprise, terms and conditions apply. The amount was calculated from the first year’s premiums not the firth year as they claim and I was told I’m not going to get paid for the additions I made in 2016 even though if it will be the firth year in 2021. I will have to wait again for another 5 years for their pay out which will be in 2026. Please beware of Avbob they are liars scammers. The five year cash back is a scam.
