OCTA IS A **** & BLACKHOLE FOR YOUR MONEY
DO NOT USE OCTA!!! A BLACKHOLE FOR YOUR MONEY!!!!! I have been trading with OCTA for a while. I have recently decided to make a withdrawal & it is impossible !! As with any bank card, it expires and is replaced. OCTA keeps requesting letters from the bank for this (which is not a normal request) to verify your card. even after providing this they will never get back to you with a verification. only automated responses that they are verifying. All a rouse to delay you and never actually give you the money you made on your trades. Trade with a local partner. OCTA IS A **** !!!!

DPD LASER IS THE WORST COURIER SERVICE IN SA!!!!!
Worst courier company in SA !!!! No contact numbers, call centres and reception send you in circles so they dont have to take accountability for their mistakes!!!! I was called & arranged a 1:30 delivery with the depot ....Depot then dispatched goods at 3pm !!!! Initial delivery was also horrible as one person was sent to deliver a Fridge. If you online store uses DPD, DO NOT buy from them !! This purchase was with Pick n Pay Home !

DO NOT USE THEM!!! Absolutely horrible service and all they are looking at is taking your money. The owner Zelda is extremely rude and uncouth while their office staff are ill-mannered. Go to Youtube you will learn way more without being ******.

****! they refuse to refund
I have purchased numerous vouchers on the site and requested a refund when they could not be used. to date i have only received automated emails which dont even provide a contact number! no one has contacted me from the company in 1 month. they sell products we cannot redeem and refuse to refund. DO NOT USE THEM !!!!

Telkom networks and support is the Worst!
Telkom offers the worst service. Their call centers can offer zero assistance to clients and the answer is always "We Cant". They are not willing to assist with queries and their contracts differ from actual advertised offers, only to victimize clients for their gain. In addition their sim cards can never get signal or drop calls, and their LTE network is attrocious. leaving the user with devices that cannot be used but are insisted to be paid for. Pathetic Service and Support from one so SA's best leach!
