One and only hotel sponsors winning ticket for Primary School and doesn't honour voucher. Treating winner as a ******** and discriminating behavior
Visiting different stores is like Visiting different businesses. Inconsistent policies at different stores. They won't accept accept drivers license for lay-buys, however they have no problem accepting bank cards with the same initial and surname .
Worse service ever. Call centre agents cannot assist. You get transferred from one to dept to another to another..very unprofessional and unpleasant. The agents doesn't speak clearly and never assist.
I have been trying to resolve a query since 16 July. After numerous calls and numerous promises to resolve my query, a month later I'm still awaiting calls from a Team Leader..emails from the "Admin dept". Declaring money on my behalf I never received
Worse service ever. On hold for more than an hour and a half to get through to their call center. Migrating customers without their consent. WIFI paid for but not connectivity since 1st December.
