MAKRO ONLINE IS A NO!!!!! Here we go another bad review while we receive no responses and our money has been taken. The store just gives you the same stupid number that all 100 000 of us are calling. Is no one going to assist us?
I was extremely happy with the service I received. It's been 5 hours since my treatment and I feel extremely relaxed. The music and atmosphere in the spa as well as the ladies working there contributed to this. Thank you very much once again.
I had a few questions which I thought would be annoying to ask but Busisiwe Motha assisted me and ansered my questions within minutes. Now I can continue enjoying using my OnePlan card.
We missed our trip by accidentally getting the date wrong on our ticket. We're Cape Townians and always support our city's sites. We now have to rebook and ofcourse repay. Rescheduling without payment wasn't even an option. We're deeply saddened and disappointed. This term and condition should at least be revised by the company.
I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in the service of Telkom concerning methods of getting into contact with them. As soon as it was time for me to upgrade, 3 different agents would call me per day. Their Cape Gate store in Telkom has a number found on Google, which is unavailable for two days is questionable. I was told it's a walk in store, therefore it would be better for me to go in. This is a cellphone service provider.... Why is there a answering machine operator and no human behind the phone to assist a customer? It's been 3 days that I've been unable to speak to a consultant
