my first experience buying from them and worst ever .i placed my order on 1 December and it is 10th December today no feedvack no reply form them i watsap them and emailed them no one is,getting back to me .I gave them the benefit of the doubt after seeing all the negative reviews but i must say i wish i have taken note of it and not order from tjem .They worse then Shein yor i didnt even that long ordered from them and they also had a Black Friday back log but i still received my order in less then 10 days after order placed ..this is the worse service ever
Can you believe since July 2024 up till today i am still fighting with Quicket regarding my refund for the Maverick City Tour last year . According to Quicket my case are closed on their side . They told me they contact kingdom World Tour but tickets were purchased and paid through them So pathetic really . Disgrace to pay for something that never happened and now to fight like this to get your money back
I app**** for Vuma Hypa fibre on Friday 11th August 2023 online . I made payment and received confirmation as well. On Saturday 12th August technicians came to my premises to check out where to lay the cables . On Monday 14th August i received confirmation that installation will be on Wednesday 16th August 2023 at 4pm . This morning a technician contacted me to ask if they could come through earlier to do the installation . Lucky my daughter was at home but she just went to the Dr . They were willing to wait for 2 hours till she got back to do the installation . After 20 minutes of her arrival i received confirmation on my phone that my fibre was activated and everything was done … Not sure why this company get such poor reviews as i just received excellent servcie from them today
i received such poor customer service from Kfc Liberty Promenade on 4th February 2020. At 18;30 i ordered the All in one special of R99 . I was number 393 . After twenty minutes of waiting for my order i realised people who ordered long after me received their order already . They were already by order 399 and i was still waiting , after 30 minutes i asked them a few times , with no response from any of them , not even asking me my number , as i head to repeat it several times before i got a response , and realizing that my order was never placed , but i paid already for it . Not even an apology or explanation , after the 6th time i queried about my order , i asked for the manager , and she just asked my order number and then prepared my order without even apologizing or anything . Very very poor . No people s****s really
