Start debiting when they feel like it, while i am paying additional banking fees. The response i get from them is the debit is already tracking and nothing can be done about it.
After sending emails asking for my debit order date in December to stay the same, and recieving confirmation that the date has not changed, they have now tried to early debit my account twice
Even after swearing at these guys my network speed is still not picking up. Im still running at maximum 2mb/s... again after complaining and being promised that within 2 minutes i will be connected again. Above and beyond useless.
Network has been intermittent for about a week now, and these idiots would rather ignore you than look into the problem
Cancelled my service plan almost a year ago. Have not recieved any form of confirmation of cancelation neither have i recieved my refund as specified in the policy documents. Contacted customer care and was told that a refund was never requested but the plan however has been cancelled, was also informed that the cancellation department do not contact clients. Please tell me how am i supposed to know what is happening!!!
No service! No customer service! Would not reccomend Rain to any one one.
Account suspended without any reason, cannot contact any one as this useless selfhelp **** keeps you from speaking to an agent. Sort out my account!

Again intermittent to absolutely no internet. Not even the forsaken 4g switch idea i was advised to do works. Fyi the 4g tower is basically non existent.
Deducting on dates they feel works for them. I specifically told them my pay date is the 29TH of every month, now they deduct on the 19th...
