My query is for Kaelo money services, I have been using the Kaelo money services for almost 3 years through my employer, I have used the earned wage services and never had any issues before, in December 2025 there was a double deduction from my salary instead of one deduction as per normal, I have sent multiple emails to Enrico and Daniel aswell as to support@kaelomoney.co.za, I have used the Kaelo money query system online to submit a query on the 2nd of January 2025 where my payslips were requested to confirm the double deduction and was promised a refund, I have sent the payslips 19 days ago via email, I have done multiple follow ups online and via email there's no response, this is unacceptable, ive been using the service for a long period of time I expected better service delivery from you guys, I would appreciate if someone could assist by calling me on 0609014331.
Terrible, pathetic service on the 16th of October 2025 technician was sent out to install my Telkom fibre line, technician was rude from the beginning, he could not gain access to any close by Telkom poles to run a line into the property, made me run around street to street and house to house to beg people to allow him in so that he could gain access to one of the poles which after an hour of trying I was unsuccessful in obtaining any ones permission to allow to technician to work in their properties, the guy just said that he is tired of trying and that he has other clients he cant be wasting his time, drove off without giving any information just said I must dial 10213 I've been contacting them ever since and no one can assist, it's now the 1st of November and no one has even bothered to contact me to assist or reschedule for a technician to be sent out, this is really ridiculous never imagined service providers are so unprofessional and *********, poor customer service skills
I have noticed that there is a listing on my credit report that goes as DMC5 my debt that i have had as been prescribed as it has been years that have passed, this company which has no right to be on my credit report since i owe nothing if my debt was prescribed i have sent in emails and got a response that i owe on a sportscene clothing account which i have over 7 years ago this company is a **** and i need assistance in removing this from my credit report before i take further action against these ****mers
Huge scam....guys tricked me that there was a birthday special where you receive a free month voucher thereafter you can continue or choose to not...after filling out my name and surname on a piece of paper i was asked to sign as part of the process there after i was asked for a fee when i confronted the guy who told me it was a free month he said that there was no such promotion and that i misunderstood him it was a special for half price i then refused to make payment and walked on...i am now receiving calls on a daily basis and being harrassed by a female who claims to be from the legal department demanding for me to make payment for something i did not agree on i dont advise any individual to consider using this gym facility as they are a bunch of con artists
