If there was below score they deserve it Firstly there’s load shedding and all plugs are not working and they don’t inform you when you book,there is no reception telephone in the rooms,The place is still stuck in the past they don’t want to improve .Why must I walk all the stairs to enquire about plugs while they could have been decent to inform me prior to making any payment so that I can view my options instead of being stuck at a place with no plugs on .The sad part is you pay for a non existing service Just because I’m at a hotel doesn’t mean I came to sleep ,there are various reason people choose to come to a hotel .What a waste of money to come here Extremely Unprofessional.The place deserves a minus 100
I went to MTN Southgate mall to do an upgrade both stores couldn’t assist me.What’s sad is they got employed to keep existing clients and make sales instead they have a I don’t care attitude No one knows when the advertised products will be available.I’m a customer I didn’t post or print the advert for MTN Products Both stores need to do thorough Customer service training instead of waiting at the door chatting to each other,At the rate they treating customers The store will close Even their so called Manager doesn’t know anything I’m very disappointed as I have been using MTN for 20 Years Now I’m forced to use other networks It’s the first time I go to MTN and get such PATHETIC SERVICE They don’t care about customers they can’t even make an alternative or call other Branches to check for the products The only words they know is “ I don’t know when the warehouse will have stock “

I was hijacked on the 1 March 2022 I called the toll free number and I got no Assistance The tracker was not picked up on the car till the Next day I called to enquire and was told my car was last seen at Joburg After that No communication was sent to me Until I called to enquire I was told there is nothing and as soon as they pick up a signal they will notify me What is painful is I called instantly after I was hijacked Yet it took them A whole day to make up a story They couldn’t even send me the last location for the car Yet They claim they are the Best I got the Worst service Ever in time of Need
I stayed at Windmillpark since 2014 till September 2021 At no point was the place Painted or checked according to Lease Renewal When my lease ended I decided to move out Then Instead of getting my deposit I was sent a letter stating how much I owe And I left the place the same way I got it Few days later after moving out the place was Vandalised which is not surprising as Security are there As Photo Frames and All Vacant Flats are used for All Illegal Activities and They don’t Check My kitchen sink Was growing Grass and Soil It’s a sad situation People are faced with they end up renting with Natrent They Quick to Counter Attack and never Admit when they wrong To my understanding Each Lease Renewal Must have Proper Inspection Natrent Sends Inspection letter by Mail No one comes Yet when you move out “Suddenly” The Flat has Faults which must be Repaired Natrent Is Day light Robbery and Not A Safe place to Reside Be Careful

Worst Service Ever by Sales Manager By the name of Kabelo I bought a car 7 days ago and I went back to explain that When I drive and use the brakes the car Is Shaking I was told I can’t just pitch an complaint without making an appointment and I mustn’t think They can Change The Car Like PANTIES It’s amazing How a Sales Person Can be so rude He is quick to answer and Counter Attack I really regret Going there I wouldn’t even advise anyone to encounter such incompetence at A Dealership I wish the owner of the company Can give Him a proper Sales training
I went to Eastgate Mall on Saturday to do my Shopping Then when I went to pay at the Car ticket machine My R100 Got stuck and for the Mantainance Guy to come open the Machine it took Him an Hour What’s worse he Came with a Bad Attitude It’s really embarrassing that People come to work but Don’t want to work instead they want to do as they please The sad part is My time was wasted unnecessary
