Under payment I can't find my saved card there, and I've been trying to cancel my subscription for over a year now with no successes and you guys are not responding to anything.
Spotify, Spotify, Spotify we meet again I've canceled my prescription but you still debiting my account, what do I need to honestly do for you guys to stop? And why is it that when you go to edit information there's no option to edit my card details?
You guys are honestly ****mers I canceled my subscription yet money is still deducted from my account.. And when I raise this issue Ya'll are not even responding to anything.. I'm so angry with your poor service at this point

Hi I'm in this platform yet again I'm trying to get an authorization code.. I'm at the doctor and no one seems to assist me on your WhatsApp, maybe someone will care to assist me here
Health 4 me introduced this watsapp method were you can send them a massage and you assisted with the authorization code for a Dr visit. But recently you wait until it's 6pm and you told they won't be assisting you since it's no longer office hours. On the 10th of may I was not assisted I waited for hours since I was told they could not authenticate me and I was being transferred that took hours until it was 6pm so I had to leave the Dr's room without assisted and the following day I was told they have a back log.. Today I'm sick and I want to visit the Dr sent them a watsapp again requesting for an authorization code did that 8am I'm told again that they are unable to authenticate me and being transferred it's 10am now I've been waiting to be authenticated, I'm just sitting at the Dr's office waiting on momentum your service is ridiculous.. I sent you a massage asking you if there was an alternative way for me to get the authorization code no response I'm in pain as we speak and in need to see a Dr.. Please give us a solution.
On the 19.11.2020 I bought 30 eggs from one of your branches at the glen mall, and to my surprise there only 29 eggs instead of 30. It was eggbert brand large eggs, I would like to find out what could be the reason for such
On the 1st Feb 2020 at 10:05 I went to deposit money in one of your ATM's in your branch at The Glen mall, the ATM processed the money but it produced a reciet that stated that my payment was unsuccessful, I had to go inside your branch to enquire as to what should be done next since the money was not deposited into the account and the machine processed it, I got to the lady who was at the door issuing tickets, I explained to her as to what happened she told me that I had to fill in forms for my quiry, but instead of her getting me the forms to complete them she stated that I should wait for the 2 gentleman to finish assisting other customers for them to go fetch the forms to me, she told me to wait on the side, I waited whilst people where receiving their tickets to get assistance, after 15 minutes she decided to now go and get those forms for me, at that time I was also on duty I did not appreciate the attitude she gave me since she realised that I was one of the employees at that mall, and that I deserve poor service or her giving me an attitude with just fetching me the forms, she had no name tag on and asked who her name was and she said she was Gabisile. On that note I went back to work with those forms which I was late due to waiting for them, then I came back later on around 12:10pm and asked for her assistance to fill them in then I left them there, only to find out on the 6.02.2020 that nothing was done, the money was not processed like promised, I had to fill in new forms for the same process again and I was told that it was going to take 48 hours to be resolved, when I asked to as to what happened to the forms I filled in on the 01.02.2020 I was simply told that the lady who was supposed to capture them she did not see them on her desk. I must say I'm very angry as to how I was treated in your branch, and worse I was making a deposit for my rent and your staff just simply failed to deliver, running around after people is not a good thing at all. I would like for this to be resolved at least within 24 hours since it was not my fault, and my rent was due on the 5th. I would like to find out as to what is going to happen with the treatment that we get from your staff the moment they notice that you work in the same mall with them and they deliver poor service, I'm also a customer at the end of the day, and for my quiry to take so long to be resolved it's uncalled for.
