This company is useless. Can't even get it right when one wants to check one's panic buttons
I ordered a collar for my dog now a long time ago. According to their site it has been delivered but has NOT. Their site makes it very difficult to get any answers.
It is impossible to phone Discovery. Need a reference number for a mammogram. I have phoned 3 times and gone thro all the procedures to get thro only to be cut off each time. This happened previously too. Dr Ann Wright
I am a disabled doctor and receive payment from Liberty for my disability. It is important that I submit my tax documents and need a IT3a from Liberty. I sent and email to the email they keep repeating when you try to phone them - response in 48 hours is promised. This did not happen so tried to phone them and got anwsered by one person who said would transfer to right department. Well I spent at least45 minutes waiting for a reply! Why do they not send you these tax documents when need ever year, answer their emails and their phone calls. Very poor service!!!
Have been having false alarms for a month and told their tech 'too busy' to sort out!!! Are absolutely useless!!!!
Good flooring but delivery very poor. Waited very long for deliveries and not warned when coming.
I bought a stove online from Makro to be delivered. Firstly they said they had been phoning but was incorrect number and the number I put on the form was correct (checked). Then when checked with Makro why not arrived they said would arrive on the 14th day (last day) but did not. Since then have phoned approximately 5-6 times each time being told would arrive the next day. Have stayed at home expecting it as they told me when I phoned 3x today. Well now day 16 and has not arrived AGAIN. I have wasted much time and much money (phoning them with cell phone) with no action. Most unimpressed
Spent a whole afternoon on my CELLPHONE trying to sort out a problem with Standard Bank - spoke to several people but mostly listened to music and problem still not solved!!!!
With so many traffic lights out in Johannesburg and surrounds, whether due to load shedding or not, it is absolutely pathetic how very very little there are traffic people out to manage the traffic at these sites. It is disgusting how little the traffic department has responded to these problems. To the extent I personally have seen nasty accidents at one of these traffic sites. What is wrong with the Department? Is this not part of their job. Why do we pay tax for no action???
The robots at Woodmead Drive and Maxwell drive have been down for SEVERAL days - there are NEVER points men there at peak traffic times. Have already been 2 accidents there. The traffic department only seems to focus on things where they can mark money whether corrupt or not!!
