I hope you are well. I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the extremely poor experience my group of 17 people had at your restaurant on Mother’s Day. Gold Reef City Billy G Unfortunately, the food and service were very disappointing: * The beef stew was not properly cooked. * The oxtail had a very unpleasant smell and tasted as though the meat was old. * The chicken was dry and had no taste. * The meat overall was not well cooked and had a funny smell. * Two members of our group became sick and vomited after eating. * For a table of 17 people, we were only given one jar of water. * The service from the staff was very poor throughout our visit. This experience was unacceptable, especially for an occasion meant to celebrate Mother’s Day. We paid expecting quality food, good service, and the “special” experience we were told about, but unfortunately none of this was delivered. Kind regards, [Vuyo]
Good day I would like to Report the Food Service I had Experience From Your Chicken Licken Store In jabulani Mall I went there to Go Buy My self some Food,When I got home,As I was eating the Food ,The Meat was Dry and Tasting In a Funny Smell,The Food Was not Good At All. 10:42 am / 08/September/2021 Meat Express X Butchery Joburg , Jeppe Street Walked into the Store and I Discovered that the owner/manager of the store is Not Wearing a Mask He was walking around the shop,Without the Mask And i Asked him Sir where is your Mask, “With Attitude” His Response was : I don’t have a Mask buy for me it’s 5Rand Then I took him a Video of him not wearing a mask ,Then he came to me wanting to fight ,He asked me what’s wrong And I told him that I asked you where is your mask He was standing with his Employees not wearing a Mask Around 10:54 I was still in the shop he was not wearing a mask He started wearing a mask at 10:55 I always buy meat from the shop,But this Time the Service Was Bad If you need a Copy of the Video please feel Free 0748354717
I sent an Email to The Nedbank -NedbankAppSuite@nedbank.co.za Requesting if they Can Help me with my Money App,Then I got a Call from their Office The lady who was assisting me was Noleen from SOS Team , she called me around 19:30 on Saturday when I was driving home and then she suggested that we make an appointment For Sunday morning,She told me her shift starts early in the morning then she said she will call me at 10 Am On Sunday morning 10/July /2021 I’ve been waiting for the Call even since That Sunday No Feedback was sent to me ,no one contacted me
Bus Report 02/12/2020 Good day I would like to Report the bad service that Rea Vaya Giving Us I been waiting for the “C2” bus since 19:16 Until 19:53 And only People who where waiting for the bus from 18:00 Managed to get in The worse part about it is that they don’t info us on anything,They Don’t Apologize The service am Getting Is Bad,And as long as they Service is Bad I will Continue to Complain I won’t Stop ITS MY SECOND TIME COMPLAINING AND THEY QUITE Regards Vuyo
Good day my name is vuyo rubushe i would like report a rea vaya bus service which I experience on 10/11/2020 the service was bad we waited for the bus for like 1 hour 30 min.. the when the bus came there the driver decided to stop the bus at the station and go have a smoke mean while his on duty after delaying our time he still gives us attitude and starts being aggressive instead of apologizing that was the baddest experiance i ever had.. THE BUS NUMBER PLATE WAS (YVJ 125 GP) so reported my case to the Rea Vaya bus Website same day after the everything had take place, then got a call from the Rea Vaya team asking me questions of what happed then i explained my story to them, then they told me they get back to me(Call Me) But they never got back to me I've been waiting , So it clearly shows that they take us serious, i reported a case to them and they fail to give me feedback.... regards Vuyo
Good Day I would like to Complain on the Service I received Yesterday Morning From Nedbank,in the Morning At 08:07 On a Thursday,21 February I applied for a Loan and I got a Call I was helped by a Lady Called Lindiwe She was just Speaking Me Anyhow she wants To and She was Speaking Fast,When I try to Ask Something She Respond with Some Bit Of Attitude,I was Really Not Happy About The Service,if that’s how she speak to Customers in future then she will have a Problem , I even sent an Email to Nedbank and there was no Respond then I decided to Take it More Further now
