Unwanted marketing
I bought a bed at sleepmasters and I never ever agreed for them to send me marketing sms's. I now receive daily sms's from them using different numbers every day. I am tired of blocking them. Can they please remove me from their database. I have no business with them

Poor quality of Restonic beds
I juts had my mattress replaced on warranty from Restonic 2 weeks ago,the new one they gave me is falling in on my side of the bed. The quality of restonic beds is really poor and it looks like they are not in any hurry to fix their mess. The old mattress that I had replaced was bought 4 years ago but you would swear it was 29 years old because the bed was sagging, the springs protruding and making noise. How I regret buying this nonsense, I should've stuck to Edblo beds

Nedbank is not safe.
There are security measures in place at Nedbank, I have had Vodacom debiting my account 3 times in 2 months and when I call them they say there's nothing they do to help me block that debit from vodacom. I a closing my account I cannot continue to bank with an institution that cannot protect me as a customer.

Unauthorized debit order.
Here I am again 2 months later. My account is still debited by the ****** vodacom I have submitted the affidavit they required in May but even now my account is still debited without my authority. The saddest part about this whole thing is that my precious bank say they can't do anything about it...

OK Furniture Thornthree Plaza failing to help with my bed warranty
I bought a bed in December 2020 at OK Furniture Thornthree Plaza Soshanguve. I lost the slip as I was relocating and now I need to use my warranty as their mattress now has springs popping out. I went to the store to enquire on how they can help me but they searched on their system but could not find my details and insist that I bring the slip that I mentioned has been lost. One lady even said to me that since I don't appear on the system I should purchase another bed. To me it means that they don't want to help me with my warranty but wants to make a new sale. OK Furniture thornthree Plaza and it's staff are *********** and wants to **** it's customers of their rights. OK Furniture thornthree Plaza I want my warranty issue sorted out as I do not owe you anything I bought the bed cash there is no way that my records don't appear on your systems.

Purity Baby Cereal Quality Is Horrible
I previously purchased 4 boxes of Purity Cereal boxes for my son and i was disappointed by the quality of the food bought, the color is darker than normal, the texture is also not the way its supposed to be. When i add the cereal to the warm formula it becomes too hard and i add water gradually the cereal multiplies and fills up the bowl making it harder to feed the baby. I sent tigerbrands an email and they promised to investigate and feedback but there they havent even gotten back to me and its been a month. Yesterday i went to buy the cereal again thinking maybe those products were recalled and the correct ones are supp**** to the store but it looks like i was fooling myself i bought 2 boxes but still i came across the same issue. Can Tigerbrands please fix their mess. This food is meant for kids but my question is how safe are they if the supplier is this irresponsible and can't produce good quality on their baby foods.

Multichoice spam calling
I have an account with homechoice but I only use it when there's a need. However it looks like I made a big mistake of my life. The call center calls me every single day for new sales that I'm not interested in. I don't know how many numbers I've blocked from this company and each time is a different number. Bathong! This is outrageous can multichoice please be brought to order because seriously this is out of order.
