I always Supported PostNet Castle Walk with the previous owner, Awie! It was a friendly environment, and the staff always walked the extra mile! Now it is the opposite. The staff arguing with me, and nothing is their mistake. They will not ever see me as a client again!
On 10 Nov 2022 I got a very prompt reply from Alwyn at Sell My Car Quick and that was the last good service I got! The person that came to inspect my BMW X3 was late. He did not have any consideration that I had another appointment. He took his time and drove away with a promise he will come back to me. I never heard from him again.

I am very disapointed in Vodacom! I have a contract with vodacom for more than 12 years, but at the end of this 24 monts I will end my relationship with them! I got a notification via SMS that my contract have been upgraded, and went into theire shop in woodlands. With my enquiry there the "Manager" was called and she assured me that it is not so and it will not happen. Today I got my account for June and the contract was updated without my concent and now I must pay the higher amount! I will newer recomend any body to do bussines wit vodacom!
I think the SA Post Offices must all close! Their service is non existing. I wish I could give them a 0 rating because they do not even diserve 1 star! A week ago I got a notification in my mailbox that there is a Registered letter for me. The notification was dated 22 Feb 2022. I went to the Menlyn Post Office for the Letter where I was told, that the letter is not with them any more. When I told them that I only received it on the day I wanted to claim it; I was told it is not their proble if deliveries do not do their work! ( Today I received another notification for the same letter dated 03 May 2022.) !!!?
This was the worst service I got from Moreleta Superspar in my more than 20 years that I WAS a customer there! Sweets from Gummy Unicor that was marke for 3 for R30 was wrongly displayed. All what the Casshier said is; "It is not my fault" ! I brought it under the "Managers" attention and all he had to say was; sorry.
I Called Mimmos Moreleta Park to place an order on Saturday evening. (9 Oct; Call & Collect) I went to pick up my order and the price was almost 50% more than it was advertized on Mimmos website. I asked the waiter why is this? his reply was that many clients complain about this and he called the manager. The manager informed me that the price I refered to is older than 5 years and that is what I must pay. If it was not so late, Iwould have left and get food from another place! MIMMOS wil not see me ever agai as an client!
Woolworths Parkview: I had a very pleasant experience at the paypoint where an article was not rang at the price advertised. (Two for R80) each article was rang at R49.95. I draw it at the attention of the cashier who called the Superviser. After confirming the advertized price at the shelves, I got a very polite appology plus the one item for free! Wel done.
