Very Disappointing First Experience
What a sad state of affairs. I place an order for a pink bouquet of 6 pink roses and 6 pink flowers. The order was accepted and processed for next day delivery. On the morning of delivery, NetFlorist called to say the florist could not deliver the same bouquet and I accepted that, expecting something different. Imagine my surprise when only 6 roses were delivered with the florist saying she would "drop off the extra flowers when she was in my area". That was 5 days ago. The website indicated a delivery fee of R780. I was charged R139 for being in an outlying area though I am only 16km from the supplying florist! I exchanged messages on the NetFlorist WhatsApp channel. After some deliberation, they did offer to refund me a 50% discount to my account. I sent all this information with photographs to NetFlorist, also pointing out that the roses were looking droopy and blown after only 3 days. Despite all the above sent to NetFlorist by email, I received this reply: "Thank you for contacting NetFlorist. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding the roses delivered on your recent order. We sincerely apologise that they did not meet your expectations. Please note that roses are delicate flowers and their freshness can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as transit time, temperature, and handling during delivery. While we do our utmost to ensure all flowers are delivered in optimal condition, some blooms may naturally open or age slightly by the time they reach their destination. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies. We truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation🌷" There is no mention of an incomplete order nor is there mention of why the cost is so high for delivery for a 16km radius? There are many other online florists which I will now pursue .

Wise

Wise for moneuy transfers is UNWISE
I cannot tell you how appalling this money transfer company is. I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a payment from a client to be deposited into our account (it is in the Wise account). You would not believe he hours I have spent on the telephone and by email and on the chat system. After every conversation more details are required and the process is never ending. I beg all our clients who are booking safaris with us to avoid using Wise. It is the wisest move!

Still Waiting
I reported a fault with my Samsung fridge some time ago. A repair docket was lodged 3 different times as the repair centres cancelled each booking as they do not cover my area. I am back to square one. I was asked to submit a review here so this is what I am doing.

Beware of possible scam from UKlotterylive.com
I have been happily buying lottery tickets from Uklotterylive (https://www.uklotterylive.com/) for some years. The company is owned and operated by operated by Fardelle Holdings from, Ioanni Stylianou 6, 2nd Floor Office 202, P.C. 2003, Nicosia, Cyprus. In August and again in October, I bought lottery tickets online. My credit card was debited on both occasions but I never received my orders. The website has a contact form and I have sent a message SEVEN times over the last few weeks to no avail. I still receive offers from them by email and I reply to these - again to deafening silence.

Woodford Car Hire

Poor Experience
Woodford invited me to share my experience of my car hire. In March 2016, I hired a minivan through Woodford from King Shaka airport. When we got to Pietermartizburg, the car broke down. It turned out to be a faulty battery. It took 3 hours of manty phone calls for someone to come and assist (it was a rescue company sub hired by Woodford). The rescue company refused to give us a new battery without full payment and I was therefore forced to pay for a new battery. When we returned the car to ORTIA, it took a great deal of persuasion to get a refund for the battery. I also complained about the inconvenience this episode caused us - we arrived at our destination in the Drakensberg after dark. We were given a token refund of R300. Given the fact that the hire cost me R10,000 and the car was not in great condition for the hire, I would never consider Woodford again
